To be realistic what was unknown in the RNS? All that was said has been offered by those on the ground and those ship watching etc. They have all been proved valuable sources and have gained credibility by their postings. The credibility of those concerned is proven. Thanks is theirs. No great promises from the company and clear targets set. Many who have made profits from the rise from sub thirty pence may bail out with a reasonable profit in a short period of time. So some fluctuation in price is to be expected

It could be Trader RB of CA starting to sell in big amounts with a big sell gone through.Do not think Trader RB will be at the AGM as he has nothing to gain from going.

Hurricane Energy

An operational update from the Lancaster EPS this morning as the offshore installation phase commences with installation of the Enhanced Horizontal Xmas trees on the two existing wells. The ‘Far Superior’ offshore construction vessel successfully landed and secured both Xmas trees and will be demobilised. CEO Robert Trice commented ‘all workstreams are proceeding well, we remain on budget and on schedule for first oil in 1H 2019’.

This is good news to know that the offshore activity is under way and with the SURF equipment and the mooring systems next to be installed the project is still running on schedule. Whilst information flow has been expectedly light, as there has been little to report, it is clear that all is going well and on schedule. Hurricane remains a top bucket list pick as it heads towards the Lancaster EPS target on time and on budget.

Steve, That's their bone of contention they appered to rescue the warrants at 48p and then the company almost immediately did the massive placing at 32p. They weren't pleased.

IIRC, CA bought a load of the Warrant issue in March last year at 48 (and increased their holding upto 12%) ... Since the share price has never got back up to 48p to date, they've effectively been selling these at a loss...

I can understand their "need to balance their portfolio", but it didn't seem to stop them underwriting the warrant issue last year.

But as LFDKMP say's in post ...529, it has allowed many of us to keep adding cheaply... I also am not complaining.

With Trader RB of CA reducing, may be selling all of his shares in to the rise which l feel will be a good thing as l feel he has nothing more to add to the benifit to the progress and positive journey Hurricane Energy are on .

Any one who’s been around for a while knows the script..RB/CA were stitched up in the placing and their advice totally ignored by HUR...investors conveniently forgetting this.
Majority are in good profit...close to one billion market cap now. A lot of positives already factored into the share price for me now. I wish all holders the very best 👍🏻
