Operationally they are a class act. Bear in mind, and this is not to detract from the Hurricane team in any way,they have a first rate team of contractors on board and the support of Kerogen as solid patient holders. I might have said the same for RB's mob twelve months ago, but not any more.

From Page 28 of the presentation.

Solution to Lancaster flaring

Options being considered:

Gas Export

Tie - in to existing infrastructure 1

Tie - in to planned infrastructure 2

Own pipeline 3

As for Injection:

Would not want to risk compromising Lancaster reservoir or EPS data collection by doing this within 3 years.

Advantages of gas solution:

Increase in production to 30,000 bopd (generates
c. $350m of operating cash flow per annum at
$60/bbl Brent)

Extend life of EPS wells beyond 6 years

Ability to conduct long - term appraisal beyond the immediate EPS area through tie
- backs to Aoka Mizu

Environmental benefits

Additional source of revenue

I must admit, the planning and execution to date that HUR has carried out is impressive.

Reasons for EPS profile certainty:
•
Five wells drilled into Lancaster structure by Hurricane
•
Both production wells have been tested with/without ESPs
•
World-class productivity index in production wells
•
20,000 bopd (gross) requires very low drawdowns–well
within the capability of a single well but Hurricane is using two
•
Wells are~430m above the oil water contact
•
EPS is targeting 12% of the 2C resources of the field

yes that's correct on the other side of dock, seems ok so far, will have another look later, may have docked up for a few days, vessel now stopped/ moored up now , the tug po venture is leaving
