Sustainable Capital are supposedly long-term investors, so a clear-out of all their holding seems improbable, particularly as the investment case IMHO has improved considerably in the last month or so - maybe they're addressing redemptions or reducing their position as it's gained 50-60% since they bought in Feb/April 2019.

Yep, Sustainable just off loaded another 2.84m and share price has kept up very well. Their selling will certainly damped any share price rise, but it's being lapped up equally as fast.

Another 9,68% to go, hopefully volume will pick up a bit more with results just round the corner get this seller on is way.

Sustainable may want to spread risk, nothing wrong with banking a profit. They have a large holding. The fact that they have got away almost 11 M shares in 2 months or so and the share price has broken out should be telling you something. There is appetite for the share, as pog is on the advance and the expected cash generation over the recent Qs should allow HUM to reach net cash positive this month, maybe already by the end of Q2. The pros and cons of the various announcements over last Q have been debated to death. I think that they will lead a realisation of value, maybe not the optimal case but far better than the value attributed when sat on the HUM asset sheet.

Indeed Polaris. Rough numbers. They have sold 10.8 million shares since the 18/5/20. That works out at an average of 286k shares sold per trading day vs an average total daily trading volume of 1.6 million shares per day over that period.

Are they selling out completely or just rebalancing?

Sustainable are selling out but the price continues to go up. That means the buying pressure outweighs the selling pressure.

Techandy well done and good luck. I'd rather not risk being out of these for the big move. Although having said that I'm tempted to sell a few just before/on Q2 results as they normally fall on news.

A major positive is that this move is being made on good volume, looks like another 250k trade just went through at 35p.

even at 40p the company will still be cheap imo.

It's a shame the company didn't start the share buy back in the late 20's.

If gold averages $1811 in Q3 the company by my conservative calculations could make 5.6 cents per share.

I'm not complaining about the recent price progress, but it looks like Sustainable Capital is a seller on rising prices. They still had circa 37 million left according to the recent filing. So, SC are a brake on the share price. On the flip side, once SC are out of the way we should be off to the races.
