There can be no good reason for any intraday sp weakness. Orion last year's gave us $25m We've just raised another large wedge, and neithed of these would have happened if there was any danger of no deal. Whether we get the banking consortium senior finance or get taken over 8p is extremely cheap. Half a billion quid mkt cap would still be cheap, yet some idiots are selling at 8p... There are no signals indicating that something is wrong, and if anything indications point to an imminent takeover.
Bought a few back again 7% cheaper than I sold for... Lots of opportunities here at HZM with two great assets, and very close to company making news now. Finance deal or takeover?
Yes agreed and vermelho is also very attractive at today’s nickel price, but a higher nickel price would raise the possibility of a full blown takeover I would think. A nice dilemma to have, worried about pricing being too good, lol. I do note a few banks are raising their forward view on nickel, I would imagine HZM will update us on their consensus price assumptions at next news piece/finance completion.
The chart is looking excellent for a breakout once we get past 10p. Not sure if we'll have enough energy to get past 10p this next week or two but it is coming as excitement grows as we get nearer to completion of finance or a possible takeover. Very exciting few years ahead.
15% retrace from 10p top, possibly a little further to drop. I still think we have a 25% chance of takeover or merger which explains the delay in banking consortium finance. This covid is a disaster, particularly the way politicians employers and the general public are all doing too little too late and putting corporate greed before public health. The UK has after 10 months closed all air corridors...from 4pm on Monday! So south America and Portugal are off limits until we get a grip.
15% correction from the recent high, as we consolidate...but it's probably not quite enough. Should dip below 8 for a short time. I bought 125,000 today after selling 250,000 at 9.5p and I hope to get another 125K a little cheaper soon, but the worm will turn again and my short term sp target of 12p will be achieved in just a week or two. Longer term this should be 40 to 50p but we need the finance sorted and development done...assuming no takeover which I think is very possible.
After stalling a bit due to delay, folk are now realising the potential here now, not least the possibility of a takeover.
Belo did say "takeover gossip" - there is the gossip element to be addressed.
belo horizonte, Talk of a takeover is not idle bs, it's a very real possibility.....
takeover target alert for sure now.
I'm sure you'll all be pleased to know that I added today. I didn't get the 6p target price a hoped for, but still managed cheaper than I sold for a while back. I do think there is a strong chance of a takeover offer being tabled, hence the reason that finance was "delayed".
Delayed for covid, delayed for takeover...?? Nickel, cobalt, lithium? What's the difference...
Can't speak for others, and obviously a lot depends on what kind of finance deal they get. I'm thinking maybe 16p once the deal is sorted, but I'm beginning to think that there is an outside chance of a cheeky takeover by Teck, since they replaced their HZM nominated director from a geo guy to an abacus book keeping gal, but who can say. I'm hoping the finance deal won't be daylight robbery, and I expect that it isn't, so 16p is my immediate target post finance. Could be as low as 10p I suppose. Over the following two years I think this could easily be 50p or 60p, again depending on the deal. Just my opinion. Araguaia (for stainless steel) is what they are trying to develop now, but it is the vermilho (electric battery) nickel mine that I see as having the greater appeal a couple of years down the line.
All set to go, money from orion says the finance will come, and the board changes a while back add to that. There could also be a sneaky takeover by the Canadians imho.
With USD325M debt arranged leaving 27% (120M/445M) to find to complete the financing package, where is it coming from..? (1) local Brazilian banks becoming part of the debt package 325M + ..? (2) up front cash for off-takes (3) equity, and the 30/60 day VWAP is now around 7p for any raise (4) an additional royalty..? but I do not see this route getting extended now (5) a JV / part sale of Vermelho to fund the balance.. Or... (6) is finance closing all irrelevant as behind the scenes TECK/GLEN are battling it out right now with takeover bid proposals for all or a controlling equity share of the lot and fund it themselves..? Tier 1 oven ready Nickel deposits are not 10 a penny and we have 3, so I am more inclined to go with (6).. :o)
Check out AMC (Amur Minerals) - huge Nickel play. 1.58 million Tonnes of Class 1 Nickel Sulphide. Iron Ore investment producing income starting October and Russian Banking Feasibility to be granted early December. Huge potential to multi-bag. Ridiculously low M-cap and SP. Takeover could be 75p to 1 pound :)

‘Hostile’...given the nature of shareholdings, it’s highly unlikely that a hostile takeover would succeed.
