If you read Mr SZYTKO's full disclosure, section 14 refers to additional information and to paraphrase it says he will be increasing his stake!

Yep-looks good to me for a rise to new highs with results end June a new deal looks to be on the horizon. Looks like another one of mine Mission Capital(MCAP) which from a 1p has now gone to 3 in a couple of months.As I now hold 1.5% of the maybe 15 % available stock I hope so, get on board it could be a real winner as currently only valued just over a million and 2 very serious investors with 60% between them.

lets look at two companies
leg 960m shares cap 1.9m price 0.25 ish
hwc 7.95m shares cap 1.42m price 18p

going forward HWC has at least 42.5m shares they could place
I still think this is tied up with Terra energy in some way
and if it's I will be over moon, as it could be the next cove energy.
ps in both companies Bruce owns around 25%

Initial reaction was negative, luckily had literally minutes earlier just managed to sell 10000 at 19p

On reflection I think that the earlier deal has clearly been superceded by the recent change in share ownership and hopefully messrs perloff and rowan will now pull something far more interesting out of the hat

So announcing earlier deal is off is not that much of a deal now

happy to hold my remaining 30000 to see what transpires

hopefully not much longer to wait

I dont think the MM's are willing to fill 10k shares, very hard to buy, maybe a clean up before the r/t as bruce doesnt waste time..

wasn't surprised this now opens it all up, only question a perloffs shares
when mms wake up, they will be buying, the only reason for the drop is the
50k sold the other day.

Possibly was the RNS issued today a way to get MM's some shares courtesy of a tree shake by the company, Bruce obviously bought in 4 months after 14/01/2011..

Bruce Rowan is also in ORCP & LEG by the way. The former have published news today and the latter may have another deal 3rd quarter 2011, including a £30k stake in tettra energy..
