If I thought that was the strategy here I wouldn't of risked a penny in it.It's a risk alright, but I can't think the people onboard started this as a whimsey or because they had nothing else profitable to do. So whatever their detailed strategy is, I'm expecting it to be big thinking for big money.

Nev, I like your statement, it applies nicely to most AIM stocks because fleecing shareholders is their only way to raise funds (most of the time)Luckily HWC is main listed and under tighter regulations giving them access to less destructive means of fundraising or borrowing.

company strategy, I had to smile a little when I read that.It's not so much a strategy as something to say. I long to see a company strategy statement that says, "we are seeking to hype this up and suck the blood from private investors", not that I think this is the case here, but for many listed Co's that is the strategy. I don't know what else they could of written at this stage.

The new board must be getting close announcing their plans for this shell. It's good to see that overnight the significant shareholders haven't made their holding available for sale. At these levels these shareholders are showing a healthy profit so if they're happy to hold, so am I. Can't wait to see what they have planned. At just £1.7m mcap any announcement pointing towards the first investment will be transformational. From HWC website. And only one MM with NMS at 5,000WNTS will be tapping up large holders for stick when there is buying pressure. Only 1.7m shared not in this list and a lot of those could be tightly held too. I wonder what price PF is happy to let shares go for today. If you're reading this PF or whoever is feeding WNTS, could we see a new support in the 20's ;-)

Get in there could be share split Ord are at 2p and to give it more of a market They could make two shares instead of 1, also there will be a very interesting Change in involvement either by reverse take over of becoming a major backer To a listed company, all in all 20p is miniscule for what it could be in 3 to 6 months time,these guys mean business, the main shareholder has waited along Time for this I have spoken to him a couple of years ago and hopefully he has the Green light from the other major holder, add to it Paul Friedman and bingo we have Lift off.gla

It never ceases to amaze me how low some companies mcap can go despite the credentials of the BoD and what potentially is round the corner compared with other companies like Concha (CHA) with a £10m mcap (peaked at £70m not long ago) with nothing substantial in the pipeline. Using CHA as a benchmark, HWC should be priced anywhere between £10m and £70m mcap. (SP £1 - £7)Lol, don't take above seriously, it just shows how bizarre valuations can be. Only 8.7m shares and tiny free float.

These guys have not joined the company for nothing-one is chairman of Bucharest Stock exchange for god's sake-plus the others are very heavyweight. When they do announce their intentions today's rise so far will seem like peanuts to where it could go. As they say-you ain't seen nothing yet.

lse We must be pretty close to action with the new directors having some news for us It's been over 3 months since Zych and Lota joined the board And over 2 months since Sobolewski (chairman of Bucharest Stock exchange) joined as non exec chairman. These are heavyweight directors heading a main listed £1.26m mcap investment vehicle/shell.
