It will be developed at sometime and naturally would like to add more but there is only one market maker in the stock and he wants what I think is a fancy price. Of course if they do a cracking deal and the shares soar then it will have been a cheap price.

All in all I think the directors have done a good job, one in doing a cheap float many years ago and keeping the overheads extremely low unlike many shell directors.

I would buy if I could

Steady LOOBRUSH they have held talks before that came to nought and the market for the stock is extremely restricted.....but it has to do a deal sometime ...the company has been in existance for eons so it has to go sometime.

Interim Management Statement



In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 October 2010 to 31 December 2010.



The Company remains a "cash shell". The Board continues to identify and evaluate target companies and has entered into early stage discussions with a potential target. Shareholders will be informed of any developments. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately £248,000 at 31 December 2010.



No material events or transactions took place during the period from 1 October 2010 to 31 December 2010 which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.

well I am a big holder here and with their annual report saying they have two companies in their sites for a shell deal. If you dont get on board now you will miss the boat as hardly any shares in free float and Perloff has a lot of followers.My view is top up now or you will miss any deal.

Still a cash shell with ANDREW PERLOFF holding 29.99% and some share activity over the past couple of days.

Has anybody got an insight into this or any ideas?

About time- rns says "The Company remains a "cash shell". The Board is hopeful that one or other will reach a point where it can be recommended to shareholders. "
I'm adding to my holding before any anouncement.

For over 4 years, Loobrush, you have been singing the same song.
I admire your tenacity but your credibility has been shot many times since 2005.
But.... this time you might be proved to be right...
I hope so. I have held these for so so many years- even as far back as when it was a company called Superframe back in the heady dot-com days at the turn of the century.
Good luck to you and to me with this one - and anybody else out there that might own a few shares in this shell.

with a market value of only £0.6m for a fully listed shell company this has got to be a winner, no shares traded and the price is up 15% today. AGM is shortly and I wouldnt be suprised if deal announced at that stage and shares could easily double ON A PRESS MENTION BEFORE THEN as Perloff has a press following. This is a must with Perloff now a director, he is a winner-------- get on board.

AT LAST SOME NEWS IN THE INTERIM REPORT ''Target companies continue to be identified and evaluated as the board seeks opportunities to maximise the value of the company. Unfortunately, none of these has proved suitable.

However we are currently in discussions with a couple of possibilities and, if progress is satisfactory, and our leading shareholders indicate their willingness to support such a transaction, we will notify shareholders.''
wITH SERIAL WHEELER DEALER PERLOFF NOW HOLDING A LARGE stake AND DEALS IN HAND THIS WILL ROCKET ON A DEAL , TIME TO GET ON BOARD AS THE FISRT WE WILL KNOW IS WHEN THE DEAL IS ANNOUNCED AND THE SHARES SUSPENDED BUY NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

I understand that a reverse takeover company has been identifed and action will take place very soon but unfotunately cannot get any concrete details so will just have to wait as it unfolds,but it looks a sound bet to my mind.
