Tried to buy at ~ 21-22p on line first thing, but TW site wasn't responding so gave up as I was busy for the rest of the day. Missed opportunity but I expect there will others.

Did anybody take up my tip of SCE. Moving up, very tightly held share. More news is imminent.

This could be your last chance at these prices.

HerschelI've looked into every conceivable angle and option for Highland and it's beyond comprehension why RP too the decision and more importantly when he did to cause the warrant debacle. They easily could have waited to get through some initial testing and openly announce success or at least some indication Divert is likely to be successful. In a situation of greed they took their chips and took the cash. As for the change in the pricing AFTER the share price collapse I find that astonishing that they allowed the institution to change the rules because some milk had been spilt! O/T KBE on the move again and now in a strong uptrend - check out the board for info and links to our rather wealthy Billionaire owning 68.3%!

Agreed. As yourself why the founder of the tech cashed in his chips so cheaply when, with trial results due in at most 3 months, he could have got funding to purchase them easily, should the tech be successful......It has tainted this company massively. The tech might still work. The helium asset might still be great. The uranium asset might still be great. But right now, based on the warrant issue, the trust has gone completely imo.H

That warrant deal was a fatal blow.

Cant see it recovering until the management come clear on the II.

Till then just more and more gullible people getting suckered in.

However I read the RNS now

"Highlands, the London listed oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that it has raised £519,093 before expenses through the subscription by an existing shareholder for 2,883,849 new ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Subscription Shares') at a price of 18p per Subscription"

Clearly must have forward sold a few to get below 3%?

It would not be in RP's interest to sell to a bucket shop that has shorted the shares and not exercise the warrants. If HNR run out of money, RP would lose £600k if HNR goes into administration.

I feel the II will exercise these warrants within the 4 week period with a profit of over £1m when exercised to enable the next 10m warrants to be purchased at 10p.

I feel, an agreement will be reached over the next few weeks as Highlands are in discussions with Great Western Oil & Gas Co. in Denver, Colorado to re-frack between 5 and 30 well-bores. Would not be surprised if we hear this week as the second tranch of the warrants need some good news to support the share price

I feel the subscriber at 18p is may be a selection of subscribers and not just one but as you say, should be announced if just one subscriber

From RNS dated 17/6

On the assumption that the Institutional Investor exercises those warrants in due course, then Highlands will receive new funds of GBP 2.5 million

With the price being below 25p there was no chance the institutional bucket shop would have exercised the warrants even if he would have forward sold as the market was supplying shares below the exercise price.

Think about it the Institutional bucket shop has invested only 100k! They would have made a profit of more than that amount with this debacle already. Why wold he exercise the warrant when he can probably short the shares knowing fully well that by not exercising the warrants the price is going to drift lower as HNR runs out of money.

What irritates me is the fact just a month of so ago RP issued shares on a subscription at 18p and at the time stated they are fully funded till end of 2017 yet what has changed in month that required the inventor to fire sale his warrants for 1p. Mind you subscriber did not RNS what was almost 10% of the holding. Obvious question to ask is was there a link between the subscriber and the directors and did they stand to profit from this transaction?

Need a lot of clarity from the management team now,

The directors should not be allowed to divert questions like

who the subscriber to the shares at 18p was?

who the institution investor bought the warrant is?

is he a long term cornerstone investor or a bucket shop?
