17/6/2016 09:27 | The tech doesn't sound too good to be true though 2magpies it just sounds like progress imo. As to the right to exercise the first batch of warrants being sold cheaper don't think they had a choice after the share price action so wouldn't read much into it. Personally I still believe they thought they were doing a good thing for the co. which investors would have taken well not realising this is the suspicious UK not the expansionist US of A. That was their mistake imo. | ![]() bad gateway

17/6/2016 09:14 | bg you are right, it is 25p But it still is incredible that these warrants have been sold at 1p. Did they think there was an imminent collapse below 25p coming? There is a gap on the charts at 12.5p. The 'higher' gaps @ appx 25.5p and 40p have been already filled. If the tech sounds too good to be true, then it ....... IMO | ![]() 2magpies

17/6/2016 08:51 | That sale of warrants, @1p with exercise price of 10p, when the share price was 40p+ tells us all we need to know, surely. To me it would suggest that the people who should know best, don't believe in this this soopa-doopa 'tech'. Or else, why would they cash in? And so early? Are they really so desparate for cash? Do they believe that this is heading for sub 10p? All that verbiage about ' + 50% of anything above 51p' blah blah, just a distraction? If you really thought it could get to 51p+ why, oh why would you sell out at 1p??? Purrrleez. IMO. | ![]() 2magpies
17/6/2016 08:51 | Time will tell but investors will be wary of risking much if anything here now imo. | ![]() patientcapital

17/6/2016 08:23 | I accept your point Tracy but why say such a thing whilst probably knowing that this would not end up being the case? A lot of these small companies over spin. Some larger ones do too.Are these warrants transferable? Haven't looked but often they are not unless they have their own listing. | ![]() patientcapital
