10/6/2016 08:03 | Preparations being made for disappointment on the DT Ultravert story? Yes, that must be why they've brought in Domingo Mata as lead marketing manager. Because they have a failed product. You're going to have to try harder than that WShak. Your reasoning is as feeble as that Newcastle centre-back partnership. | kimkempster
10/6/2016 08:01 | I know the delay has spooked some people but I see this as a positive rns. Putting more meat on the bones & 2 of the shorters "red flag" nonsense answered.Terms agreed with SchulembergThe tests will not incur costs for either HNR or Diversion | sal2668
10/6/2016 07:58 | Who would have thought that Highlands are not paying a penny towards them. eh? | keya5000
10/6/2016 07:56 | Who would have thought that the tests may not be carried out in June, eh? WShak - 01 Jun 2016 - 09:30:52 - 5953 of 6547 Quick question, folks. Can anyone explain why the "indicative agreement" with Schlumberger hasn't yet translated into a proper agreement? In September 2015, Highlands and Schlumberger entered into an indicative terms agreement to test and evaluate the technology. If HNR are really going to start tests in June (I have serious doubts that they will do so, but accept that they might), why hasn't a firm agreement been signed with Schlumberger? They didn't have any bother signing a firm licence agreement with Calfrac. As we know, Calfrac are largely insolvent, so probably less fussy over lending their name to a firm agreement (even if it is non-committal), but it has been 8 months since HNR signed indicative terms with Schlumberger. What's causing the hold-up? @WShak1 WShak - 01 Jun 2016 - 09:45:45 - 5955 of 6547 keya5000, Err tests start in June schlumberger will likely evaluate progress results and then firm up the agreement. Can't see what hard to understand about that. Any tests conducted will require someone to pay for them. If a commercial organisation is to conduct any activity, there needs to be a firm agreement in place to say who is responsible for what, and the terms under which they are doing it. Are you suggesting that someone is just going to turn up and start fraccing wells that have been suggested over a casual drink in a bar? @WShak1 Bulls have argued that this is potentially world class technology that has been bought by HNR for , er, less than £200K in a related party transaction. If so, isn't it strange that no-one seems to be in any great rush to test it, and have all that cash flow rushing in? Meanwhile, HNR have been buying up other immaterial assets for $90K here, $100K there, all with the supposed ability to transform the company's prospects. Huge potential profits are attached to each one, despite the fact that they can be bought so easily. A cynical mind may wonder if preparations are being made for disappointment on the DT Ultravert story? HNR has a fully diluted market cap of about £52m, even now. IMHO, there remains a huge amount of hot air in that valuation - the implications are obvious for those that believe the hype. @WShak1 | wshak
10/6/2016 07:56 | The pond life have a reprieve as a result of a lack of water, how ironic. | thelung
10/6/2016 07:38 | I see 3 big positives a new name (Great Western) showing an interest A top man (Mr Mata) at Sch. wanting to join hnr to market it Sch and Calfrac still believing in this device (they have had more than 6 months to study its potential) | andrbea
10/6/2016 07:37 | Obviously a couple of months is a long time to some (investors).. Me personally, I'm laid back about, If it comes good I'm in the money bigtime, and if it doesn't I'll move on to the next one. Chill out and remember, we are nearly half way through June already. Enjoy the summer. | regandharry5
10/6/2016 07:35 | 2 Month delay spooked the traders, product even more endorsed with the new man on board, good long term hold, short term volatile. | wardy333

Certainly hardly any developments since they raised cash at 12p and again at 18p. What has since changed apart from more delays? | yasx
