Also added 1316 just before close @ 339.01p.

Sky you should stick to where your strengths are - identifying reasonably safe trades, instead of gambling. All the hard work spotting winners in SL / PE with minimal downside - and then ??madness.

Oilers? You must have had too much wine.

BT - I'm in good company then....looks to me as though all today's trades were buys, so that line has now been hoovered up!

As I was down to my last 1000 and those may have gone, bought a few @ 339p - only 3k at the moment.....need some cash back from my NRI...

Excellent; plus any over-allocation based on broker nominee a/cs. Makes up a bit for the strange falls!

So I make that we should get about 80% if all shares tendered

RNS - "Third Tender Offer, was passed.

A total of 9,048,807 Shares were validly tendered under the Third Tender Offer.
As a result, the Basic Entitlement of all Shareholders, who validly tendered
their Shares, will be accepted in full and excess tenders will be satisfied to
the extent of 34.78279377 per cent. of the excess shares tendered. "

re the 50k online...would tie in with a big seller theory

Could be some big surprise, but I suspect just a big seller being clumsy ... so I've just picked up 8k at 338.5p which should give a nice return.
available online in 50k!

Still in auction after 10mins - MM's frightened to open.

Opening down again this morning though - WINS been making all the moves, but still curious that there's presumably a seller in the background before the tender results are known. Though if they only went for 67.5% allocation, I guess they can sell the remainder in the market - but then could have done that at any time.

Unless there's any news in the background - must admit I've lost track of what the unredeemed investments are that are remaining.

Exactly...bit weird as it didn't behave like this last time..looks as though someone picked up 12k at 355p? ....I guess what's left is a bit unknown but they've been prudent with valuations b4 and I agree that there can't b too long to go...I'm sure Henderson would like this done and dusted ASAP

Yeah I guess kind of gone "ex" now, but seems a pointless fall - can't sell as don't know allocation yet (has been 100% with one or two brokers even on the 17.5% tender) and the cash is coming back at a 1% NAV discount - over and above the fees etc provision. So they're effectively buying back 2/3rds of the co at a 1% discount, giving the remainder a slight uplift.

Mind you - what's left is more concentrated/uncertain as to final wind-up, but doubt it will be long.
