Hi Asmo - yes, we're all getting into the Christmas spirit - I expect to hit the Christmas Armagnac a little later....

Expect a post from Cap'n Alan asking for the best moorings - I gather that is his intention, no permanent mooring, just move on to the next when the time is up...

Last year, I walked the towpath of the Grand Union, from Brentford to Milton Keynes (not all in one day, you understand); my Daughter lives on it in an old, small narrowboat, and I wanted to see the places she has to moor. The boat has to be moved on every fortnight. (This used to be off-topic, but seems to be on lately!) So I won't apologise. Happy Christmas.

Notwithstanding that the NAV's now over 4 quid, looking forward to seeing how many have gone out at £3.86 in the tender - expecting more than the c.79% tender/overallocation.

This thread getting a little like the end of school term - which is, I suppose, pretty much how it is. But with the NAV @ 400p, if the valuations on those last two holdings stack up, then still pennies to be made if we can get the stock.

On the PE front generally, a flicker of life over at JPEL today - hopefully girding themselves for a run/recovery. Time to research it if you haven't already done so...

Alan,

If you ever get up to Solihull on the Grand Union let me know.

A very trusted poster has given me some analysis on the remaining assets, and I think I will be a buyer in the morning.

Any sellers, just come and see me.

I do intend to have the overstocked bar! A few more malts thanks to HPEQ.
And:
Dual trading screens - laptop and iPhone
Bloomberg connection - is that part of the electronics? More research required!
jacuzzi - turn the shower head upside down and sit on it
floral buckets - are they in case passengers get seasick?
