I appear to have 51% tendered with iDealing (cash came in this pm)- must have been a lot who didn't tender

Thanks @AlanJI, good point re max incentive amount. I'm expecting/hoping for c.10% (c.20% annualised) from here.

(Lol @Priapus - just noticed they've paid the cash in a few minutes ago, so they seem to have done all mine correctly & in a single transaction - sounds like I was fortunate).

Edit - still nothing in Barclays, & TD is "Cannot Display This Webpage", so still don't know %'s.

Selftrade account now has 32 transactions relating to the HPEQ corporate action and a £600 loss....lol

I guess they will sort it out eventually.

Had a quick look at HPEQ. I think there must have been an increase in the values of some of the assets otherwise figures do not add up – August factsheet will confirm. I also think the full incentive fee will be payable if current nav realised (£1.9m has been accrued but maximum is £2.85m). I calculate the nav post tender and full incentive fee to be 388p, with 287p in cash, based on stated 392.46 but have not checked figures carefully as I no longer hold. Perhaps a marginal hold but not much upside unless underlying assets increase.

Well I read it as shares tendered were around 26% - so those who applied for excess will be satisfied by 4.8% to bring total back to 30%.
So those who tendered for excess will receive :- No of shares tendered * 1.048163333.

Minor clarification out from HPEQ on tender % (and nominee holders will be different again) - I certainly read this wrongly first time around, wasn't clear:

"In response to shareholder queries, the precise figure to which excess tenders
will be satisfied is 0.048160333303128 Shares for each Share tendered under the
excess facility, or approximately 4.81603333 per cent."

Well it's all a bit daft..they rang earlier to say they got there sums wrong and had given me an extra 23 shares in error

Seems odd @badtime, surely all in the same nominee pool? Surprised I got as high as 45% in Selftrade (assuming it stands.. no money gone in yet) as that'd mean a fair few holders didn't even tender the minimum.

Still - if I've understood the last NAV RNS correctly, they're destined to have the last laugh.

Thank you to anyone who generously donated to Marie Curie - details in my original post (link below). The total to date is over £1200 and I know a few more cheques are in the post. This compares with the average of £2-300 so, a fitting tribute. Donations are still being accepted should anyone still like to contribute (details in original post). All contributions will be used to fund the provision of end of life nursing care for patients in their own homes. When arrangements were being made to get Lisa home there was only one nurse available. Two are required and had I not agreed to act as the second 'nurse' she would have died in hospital, so it is certain that any funds raised will help someone else fullfill their wish of being in familiar surroundings with people they love, in their last hours, days or weeks.

Thank you also for the kind messages, both publicly and privately.

I hope to post an update on HPEQ today or tomorrow.

@Priapus - all they did with mine was remove the stock, & now c.55% of it has come back so assuming I got 45% in the tender. Been no crediting of the cash yet. Not sure why they're messing about with yours, they'll get it right eventually..

Nothing in Barclays or TD yet fwiw.

Gone from 30% to 34% with Selftrade trade but theyve taken three lots of money out of the account and put it into a deficit for more than I paid for the stock!

I'm only a customer so I'm not worthy of any explanation.

Looks like I got 45% at Selftrade, judging by the shares that have reappeared in the a/c. Will hopefully get about 395p for the remainder within the next 6 months!

Nothing yet from Barclays Stockbrokers.
