Sippdeal looking into my allocations - "allocations are still being finalised" - in other words, we got it wrong. Looks to me as though it depended on which person processed the individual transaction.
Any others tendered through Sippdeal?
Did you query your allocation badtime?
Don't bank the profits yet Skyship!!!!

Now, do I buy more?

Tilts ...on this one it might not matter as the final one shouldn't b too far off and I'd b very surprised if its lower..my annoyance is really with the service I've had over the past couple of weeks (I will b sending them a letter) ..but then I guess you could say you get what u pay for ..cheap online dealing = cheap.......

Yes, as I understand it, that should be Rutland Fund I done, and only August Equity Partners I left, with investments in Rollfold Holdings and Boat International.

TILTS - "You never know; the final exit might be higher than the Tender!"

hmmm - perhaps reading too much into it, but could it be that your comment was bullishly conspiratorial...

Couple more investments still to go out, but as we're already +14p (and +1%) up on previous tender NAV, would certainly expect a little more in the last one.

Nothing done yet in Barclays or TD, fwiw, but same as last time.

Sorry if this has already been said (for some reason I can't go back to previous pages of comments on ADVFN - anyone else got this problem?)

I got just shy of 94% on SelfTrade... all settled on Friday - well done ST.
Nothing yet from HL.

Looks to me like final payout/next tender will be at more like 400p.

Other thoughts on that?

It will be interesting to hear how many badtime tendered. Looks like chaos at Sippdeal - my friend (whose account I manage) has not yet received any!

EDIT Just checked his account at Sippdeal and the election is showing to not tender any shares. Fortunately I have printed confirmation - should be interesting on Monday morning!

"Following elections to Tender, shares in respect of the basic entitlement of 67.5% were accepted in full and excess Tenders accepted to the extent of approximately 34.78279377% of excess shares Tendered. Shares not accepted for Tender were returned to accounts and cash proceeds of GBP3.86691 per share accepted for Tender were credited on 21 December 2012"

BT - Anyone accepting for the 67.5% of their holding would have received 67.5% + 34.783% of the balance; ie 78.8% in total.

Anyone accepting for their TOTAL holding, should receive the same 78.8% + any over-run from their own nominee pool due to others non-acceptance.

How did you accept?

As for Alan's 71.1% - that is obviously incorrect, as no-one should have less than 78.8%

Assuming everyone tendered 100%, & they don't eg hold SIPP, ISA, dealing a/c holdings in separate nominee pools, Sippdeal sound like they just think of a number..

71.1% at Sippdeal - looks like I will be complaining again!

Badtime - been away (boat buying as you may have seen). Maybe you should try posting your email - or if Skyship has it he could forward it to me.

Money gone in at Selftrade; got about 95%.

Barclays still showing just the 67.5%, TD showing full holding with zero adjustments. Hopefully all get settled over w/end.

BT - I was down to my last 1000 at the time of the last tender; & bought 5000 since. Total 6000 & still showing 6000, whereas I'm expecting it to show 5200 or somesuch fairly soon!
