No longer here as a friend used to write freelance for Boat International. He reports that they have laid off most of their more experienced (costlier) contributors as like all magazines, they are losing advertising. If valid then selling that holding may not be so easy, or so likely to meet valuation.

Anyway, a sufficient coincidence to make me decide to take the cash & switch into HVPE.

jaws6, where does 12.95m valuation come from? is that in an RNS?
[edit: or more relevantly, does that figure include the revenue reserves?]

so cash 10.9 mil plus 3.9 million from 2 holding to come
valued now at 12.95 million so not much more to come unless they get more then 3.9 million

BT - yes, a good start to the year, especially the property plays. Well pleased with Soros following us into DSC; didn't know he read the CP+ thread!! Though his timing is a tad better than mine, so is c2i's for that matter.

nav up from 389 to 398. Bit disappointing as I made it 407 - will be interesting to see the Dec fact sheet

What i do not understand is the nav excl revenue up from 405 to 450 - something seems wrong with that - second thoughts maybe not if my figure of 407 was correct and there has been a large expenditure in Dec - accrual for director's fees?
