Will do, having a hunt now.

By the way, his wife is NOT a director of hemo, the company you are invested in, just to correct whatever ramper said it..

What do you mean failed to provide it? The director confirmed it in his email to Marie.

Shall I go and have a look, I posted it at the time when it first happened on either here or lse.

So what excuse are you gonna come up with when I show it?

And what has your point got any relevance to of 'he did this for arthritis'? So what. Are you saying he doesn't also like free money? 😅

Dave failed to provide any hard evidence to his allegations. He failed to provide any reference to publicly accessible information about the directorship of HemoGenyx’s subsidiaries. This makes me conclude that he is either a liar or an ex-insider and likely both. The truth about his identity will come to light in due time.

In addition to his previous unproven and defamatory claims, he publicly defamed a world-renowned scientist Sir Marc Feldmann by saying that he “ JUMP to be affiliated with a floated company, it's money for nothing “. That is about a man who developed anti-arthritis drug that is used, I bet, by some of the very people writing on this thread.
There is only one person left to be tainted by Dave - Dr. Mike Shepard. Do you have something bad to say about a guy who saved tens of thousands of women from breast cancer?
Truth matters and it always prevails.
Stop spreading lies.

I take it as good news that they raised the £650k, gives them more leeway while negotiating pharma deal. With £700k in bank they could get squeezed into poor terms.

Am glad all this BS about subs is over. Been killing this board, Nice that we have an official responce to put it to bed.

For those looking to invest I suggest checking out the track records of some of the recent appointments. For example Marc Feldmann who was made a Sir by Queen of England due to his discovery that has global sales of $36b. I'd be very surprised if a scientist at the age of 74 with his track record would choose to end his career with a dud or fraud. Invest in people as well as ideas. In person I was impressed by Vlad and on paper very impressed by Sir Marc

Hope the tone on this board can pick up. Is beyond child's play

Dave, please give me a link to the info on the directorships of the subs you alluded to.
Without these links to a publicly available info you cannot be trusted.
Please provide the links to all subs.

the money is theRE as shareholder funds.if it is used to keep sandler going on with his research and work then that is for the greater good of HEMO and is perfectly fine with me.IT KEEPS DILUTION TO A MINIMUM AS HAS BEEN EXPLAINED TO YOU.

a 650 grand placing is tiny and if that is all they are going to place each year than that is fine with me!

im waiting for a development agreement with a global pharma company which will pay for phase 1 trials.

and im looking for the price once those trials are completed.

to be runiing on 650 grand per year is fantastic.its peanuts and is extremely minimal dilution for the work they are doing.

SEE THE WIDER PICTURE .

Of course, he doesn't have to do anything when he is the director of a sub that isn't floated.

Purple, if a director said he just wants to increase his wage for the fun of it, it would have to be cleared at an agm and voted on.

If the funds are available, why the placing we just had for nigh on exactly the normal years running costs, a number I said it would. We know the subs are making revenues.

No he can't you idiot, it's a floated company, he can be REMOVED by shareholders. Do you understand how this works? Obviously not.

sandler could just put his pay up and can do anyday he likes!

When we get a contract that uses the mice, then that of course goes into Immugenyx. As and when Immugenyx makes a profit on the contracts, the funds are available to the Group as a whole.
