03/2/2020 14:39 | But maybe we should ask Dave if ORGS were syphoning off funds in this subs too... | johntopdog
03/2/2020 14:08 | hmmmmm…… | purple11
03/2/2020 13:24 | Scaramouche, thanks for the link. ORGS is going to rocket on that news. Now that they've sold a SUBSIDIARY for more than twice their market cap. | on target
03/2/2020 13:23 | Personally I think you're probably a multiple-alias of davevt. But if you are a genuine poster then please do your research and think for yourself rather than be used as a puppet. | on target
03/2/2020 13:18 | Ok sending now On target fine ? | marie1980
03/2/2020 13:13 | o just send off your email | purple11
03/2/2020 12:59 | Comment here : when you're a shareholder of a company, and you don't see the fruits of your labor coming back to the company you're invested in, and then you see said company say 'we need to dilute your shares because we need more money', it's a sour taste, correct ?! Again all this I learned from last few days.. Point is why we need sub ? and esp when only Dr. and his wife as director ? Why not through HEMO ? | marie1980
03/2/2020 12:59 | you need to write the http in capitals for the link to work. | purple11
03/2/2020 12:58 | Purple, Ontarget, My point is exactly what Dave has raised earlier. I'm not sure what you want from me but this is what I learned from Dave posts: money goes from HEMO into subs, and they place. Even if HEMO goes to trials, gets funding, that goes to the sub. So HEMO balance sheet will always look low, hence they can place. We’ve feeling They want to do that, that's the whole point of being a floated company, to get funding from investors. another one: Another thing, why every time a new contract is made the revenues conveniently go into a new subsidiary of which only Dr. Sandler and his wife are directors. Why doing this stops cash going into the main HEMO account and hence makes it not look cash rich hence they can still place, which has just what happened! : | marie1980
03/2/2020 12:56 | that's correct hemo are using Immugenyx mice. whats your point? | purple11
03/2/2020 12:55 | I guess it may add some interest to the pointless discussion here. It may also explain why Hemo set up their subs and got money from Orgenesis. hxxps://www.business | scaramouche1941
03/2/2020 12:55 | Another one from RNS: Following the successful completion of these tests, in vivo tests of the efficacy of HEMO-CAR-T against AML are being conducted utilising a model of AML using Advanced peripheral blood Hematopoietic Chimera (ApbHC) - humanized mice developed by Immugenyx, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hemogenyx. | marie1980
03/2/2020 12:54 | whats that got to do with CDX OR CAR T? | purple11
03/2/2020 12:54 | Immugenyx is the subsidiary of HEMO that deals with the humanised mice Marie. The CDX collaboration is not with Immugenyx though. Btw you do know the subsidiaries are part of HEMO right? | on target
03/2/2020 12:53 | Why contract with Immugenyx and not with HEMO ? | marie1980
03/2/2020 12:53 | On target : This is from RNS: Research Agreement with Global Pharmaceutical Company Immugenyx signs a research agreement to develop humanized mice as a tool for drug development and testing Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group developing new therapies and treatments designed to transform bone marrow transplantation for the treatment of blood diseases, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Immugenyx, LLC ("Immugenyx"), has entered into a research agreement ("Agreement") with a global pharmaceutical company ("GlobalCo"). The identity of GlobalCo must remain confidential at their request. Under the terms of the Agreement GlobalCo will pay US$75,000 to Immugenyx for the research it conducts. | marie1980
03/2/2020 12:37 | this is what happens when you listen to ppl that are trying to scare and mislead you...…. | purple11
03/2/2020 12:35 | Nope, Immugenyx deals with the humanised mice. | on target
03/2/2020 12:31 | Purple - I’m from Malta. On target - one is Immugenyx | marie1980
03/2/2020 12:29 | Marie, which subsidiary deals with CDX/HEMO-CAR-T? | on target
03/2/2020 12:26 | are you Italian by any chance? | purple11
03/2/2020 12:10 | Anyone wants to add here ? ==================== Thanks Peter, My main concern is money goes from HEMO into subs, and they place. Even if HEMO goes to trials, gets funding, that goes to the sub. So HEMO balance sheet will always look low, hence they can place. We’ve feeling They want to do that, that's the whole point of being a floated company, to get funding from investors. Another thing, why every time a new contract is made the revenues conveniently go into a new subsidiary of which only Dr. Sandler and his wife are directors. Why doing this stops cash going into the main HEMO account and hence makes it not look cash rich hence they can still place, which has just what happened! What financial costs the subsidiaries incur, and have they paid back any costs to HEMO ?. If not, why not please ? If they say the subs don't incur any costs, then what's the point of them collecting money you're never going to spend ?! I hope you understand my concern here that when you're a shareholder of a company, and you don't see the fruits of your labor coming back to the company you're invested in, and then you see said company say 'we need to dilute your shares because we need more money', it's a sour taste, correct ?! Also, there is a murmur about the timing of recently £5,00 share bought by Andrew. Why he bought only after the placement was done ? Isn’t that kind of insider information ?! I apologies for my ranting but I’m slowly losing patience with this share Best Regards | marie1980
03/2/2020 11:57 | I feel a big bounce coming here any time soon.... (I just hope it isn't before Thursday when I get to release some more funds to add/average down here). | eggbird |
