Subject: Fw: Subsidiary and concerns regarding Hemo

Dear

Dr Sandler has passed this on to me to respond. As you may know, I am the UK director of the Company and tend to deal with UK matters including market and shareholder matters. It is not that Vladik is unwilling to have contact with shareholders but basically he is US-based which creates some logistical issues and also we all think his efforts are usually best devoted to the science and the development of the business - which I can assure you he is much dedicated to.

I can't of course go into matters which are not disclosed already to shareholders and the Market but I can say that the fears you have are misplaced and no syphoning off or misuse of funds takes place. The independent directors and the auditors are made fully aware of the financial and commercial position of the Company and would not countenance any such thing. But I can also assure you that Dr Sandler would not contemplate anything of the sort himself.

We do take shareholder communication seriously and I would be happy to discuss matters with you. You will realise that as a director I have to be extremely mindful of the rules and regulations but I believe I can put your mind at risk both as to the financial governance of the Company and the actual development of the Company. We are as unhappy as you - probably more so - that the market has not appreciated the real value in this Company and hope we can rectify that in the coming months.

Best wishes

Peter Redmond

cdx has already successfully been tested in vivo.

once again davet trying to mislead ppl.we are currently doing in vivo on car t.i doubt v much we will have to wait long for results.

as the rns states we are now moving towards clinical readiness.so all is gearing up.

one rns sent this from 1.90 to 2.55 so again davet not saying it as it is.

Dave,

You don’t need to go for kill.

I for one agree so far all the things you brag has been true. Including your placement recently.

So all fine, now you don’t need to put the same things again and again.

I guess you can come back next time we see “spike” because that will be a perfect opportunity for you to deramp.

Take in a positive tone as I’ve so far influenced from your post. Now don’t just overdo it.

Have a good day,

Purple - I will keep holding and will get out with break even price. I concluded this share is not for me to invest.

Take care,

'Rise very fast on good news?

Where?

Purple, the market agrees with me, hence why the price does the complete opposite. The only reason you are cheerleading this share and making stuff up is so you can make a quick Buck. As you confessed, you have NO IDEA what's gonna happen, as everything you say is pure OPTIMISTIC SPECULATION and you never never ever consider it can fail, which all drugs have a far higher rate of failure than success.

This drug isn't even out of in vivo testing, and here you are making out human trials are are any time soon.

I only deal in facts, hidden inside the company's rampy rns, and have called it right so far.

Tell me, how many years do you think pre clinical, let alone clinical trials could be away....IF the drug works? Humour me..

marie youll get another mini spike if that's all your looking for.just be patient. I have a lot of patience with stocks and it often pays.
you brought @1.90 so how come you are saying youre running a loss?

wait for the in vivo car t results.i doubt they'll be that far away.gl

Following the successful completion of these tests, in vivo tests of the efficacy of HEMO-CAR-T against AML are being conducted utilising a model of AML using Advanced peripheral blood Hematopoietic Chimera (ApbHC) - humanized mice developed by Immugenyx, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hemogenyx.

Nice Purple,

I wish I’d trade it like you.

All the best. I will not sell in loss as history suggest that we will get “spike” and I’ll use that opportunity to exit.

I can’t feel your pain but now it make sense to invest in something which gives meaning and purpose to your life.

Prayers to your brother and more courage to you Purple.

Have a good night and take care.

I sold this at 6.4p from holding it from silf days I rebought double my holding back in the 2s since I two bagged my initial investment..i also recently added at 1.6p not so long ago.im well up in this stock and certainly wouldn't let what you say alter my trading plans.

you don't make any money and listening to you wont make me any money.thats the difference between you and me in this scenario.

HEMO is moving into the clinical readiness stage.theres no way im interested in anything but adding stock at this stage.

well see who was right in time.so far I couldn't have called it better for myself.admitedly the price is a little weak at the moment but who cares.noone unless youre looking to buy only a complete mug would be offloading at the moment.if anyone wanted to sell they had a price the other week. for me im looking for double digits before im interested.

if im right I make a small fortune and was part of something that tried to find a cure for something which killed my brother 3 days after his 18th birthday.i will be over the moon, and will put the money to some good use, perhaps help build a school in belize with it.

if youre right you make nothing.

youre simply wasting your time and everyone elses who reads your stuff.another adfvn keyboard warrior.like I said you can talk ANY aim stock into the ground but to make money out of it you have to see what others don't and have some conviction.

youre simply wasting your time.

lifes short you should try and get some money together and buy some stock you think has potential.keyboard warrioring is just pointless.

Aim is all speculation, nothing is guaranteed'. EXACTLY! Though only one of us has called it right so far..

Disagree with you both.

Asos was aim company.
So as GVC and Hiscox and like of Domino pizza.

I’m learning but with right research we can find gems in aim.

Purple. You see my history. I was not a fan of dave.
I was following Badger for a long time as he speak sense.
But we should not deny the fact that most of points raised by Dave were spot on.

I’m not losing patience but now after reading last 2 year RNS, I think hemo is going nowhere. But I won’t sell my share in loss and neither I will buy more.

I’m just annoyed that I should have done more research before investing here.

Completely agree.

HEMO should fly with IND news or phase 1 trial. I would be delighted to hear Phase 1 trial which is pending since long.

Even IND news should generate excitement here but even their website says pre clinical.. annoying. Last year I was expecting for IND news

Purple,

To answer your question, NFX is small
Pharma which went to trial 1 with circa 7m.

Correct me but even IMM was circa 10 M when it went to 1st trial.

You haven't even seen data from this company to show what they are even saying works in vitro or vivo, other than 'it works'. Where's the data, what did it work on, how well did it work, did it work but come back, what's the dosing, side effects, eficiacy, cell count drop etc...all stuff you usually see in drug related rns. Nope all you see from this company is 'our drug works' and then a load of rampy tweets. Remember these words....

Let’s accept this... since 2 year we hear this things again n again.

This is blunt but so true. Still no reply from hemo about subsidiary. I don’t want to sell hemo with losses so I will wait for another “spike”.
