Not what the rns says tilton but regardless it’s stake building to meaningful levels they will be owned 100% by a few companies now 😆

finkie,

It's Rovida Holdings; it was announced last Monday!

Probably the only property company not to go up on Friday's Brexit bounce which is a bit odd.

Assume the rest of JW/Peel holding on the block to fund intu fallout?

Rovida confirmed they took that 16m.

Wondered whether to buy back in; but with the 5yr sideways movement and miniscule yield, can't really see why one should. NAV discount not that great and of little benefit to holders in any event!

I suppose there's a possible 10% upside on a swing trade; but on balance will watch.

Two of the trades were cancelled, but it looks like Peel Holdings have sold 16m. Possibly Rovida adding to their holding.

Price sluggish for a while now needs some news otherwise this is feeling like a slight underperformer last 2 years (on basis it was circa 110p then)

Nice situation for the house builders. Ready made supply of land to build but don’t have to buy until ready to do so. If the house market stalls their land bank is less of a burden.

A good turnout at the site visit to the Ironbridge Power Station today.

It's an immensely impressive site, and you can see why the demolition is going to take as long as it is.

Excellent presentations inspired confidence that this can be another hugely successful scheme. Just need to get planning approval for part of the site which is Greenfield.

One of the presentations included an overview on the Midlands developments. Coalville looks particularly good.
