The point I was trying to get over was that as the company grows, these are no longer big deals for them.

Perhaps they consider spending money on an RNS isn't worth it to the business? Adding to the website though doesn't cost anything.

It would be nice if the share price grew. We are still below 133p the best a year ago despite nav increase, dividend increase, etc.

With the share price unmoved and low dividend yield interest from a suitor would help a lot.

Well, I've gone the other way! Bought for the chart breakout to 130p. That has successfully been achieved, so out at 129.45p. GLA...

Could be a useful LT play. Slow mover but they are the ones to have.

A good presentation; though strangely the CEO could learn a thing or two about public speaking. Pipeline well stacked and all looking impressive frankly. Interesting to hear about the lack of serious competition in their specialist field; so puts them in good stead to continue their successful business model.

Technically, if the share price holds north of 120p then over the next couple of weeks we should regain 130p. possibly following broker reports and an IC Update.

Hell of a lot of information to digest; and only long-term holders will have a rapid handle on performance.

This is one stand-out statement:

"Well advanced with 2019 sales with over 50% of budgeted 2019 sales either agreed, in legals or exchanged at a total consideration in excess of the December 2018 book value"

Hi tilts...Price being squeezed into the corner between the long-term rising trendline and the 120p resistance. Hopefully soon to be breaking out North with a short-term 130p target. Have joined you for a few with that in mind...

Thought this would have been worthy of an RNS given they announced a far smaller sale in November 2017:

In total 39.5 acres have been sold to Taylor Wimpey, and Barratt, to build 547 homes.

No figures given, and they may not be comparable, but in Nov 17 they sold 13.87 acres (260 homes) for in excess of £11m.
