I was being facetious!!! Peel have owned up to the max threshold for a few years and have board representation they are the natural takeover party.

I thought they would have moved on HWG much earlier when it was half the price and not so rosy in the garden...

With all the extra income they are generating will the dividend be increased to a more competitive level?

Bouncing on the Boris pledge for the North and Midlands? Effect seems to be pulling up BOOT too, a JV partner. These stocks could do very well as routes into plans to revitalise these parts.

There is the Peel holding to contend with, on top of Invesco selling, so recovery from here unlikely in the short-term until its placed out.

It could be a long process if other stocks are anything to go by. I'm not a trader, and will ride the short-term weakness

Obviously disappointing to see the retrace from the 130's but all stocks drift lower without news. This is affected also by the talking down of the construction industry but the reality is the discount to the NAV has increased and I imagine will be even wider by the higher NAV I expect when the next results or update is provided. Sadly the stock isn't supported by a better yield. The last increase in the dividend wasn't much and if they increase by 10% again it still will not be very exciting. Therefore the higher NAV is what we hope for. Just my opinion of course.

The only reason i can see for the fall is the JW position.

Otherwise the company looks in pretty good shape.

Sorry to say that the chart breakdown at 120p does not look good. Suggests a fall to 110p quite likely...
