NAKED short selling should be more heavily regulated, as should bond/options if it leading to short positions greater than the number of shares in issue.

This would reduce liquidity, increase bid/ask spreads and put UK equity capital markets at a disadvantage Shorting is way way more common in the US - and it's not held back their ECMs

Sold Kellingley at 74% premium to NAV.

These murky land sites stitting on the balance sheet at nominal value have significant development / resale value.

HWG is very conservatively priced by the market and a sitting duck waiting for takeover bid by private equity
