30/1/2024 09:05 | Excellent update | ingham87
23/1/2024 19:45 | Peel Holdings increasing their stake | tiltonboy
21/11/2023 10:36 | There are 4.8m in exchanges showing here. It might have been indicative of something brewing in terms of bigger buyers finally stepping in to try and clear these persistent sellers in size. However, the 1.5m print and the 600k print have been applied and then deleted - odd. The 500k and 100k don't have an associated correction so someone is coming for decent chunks. Just watching to see what is going on with those larger prints and whether something big will follow here. Perhaps the larger prints have been put through at the wrong price. Surely you don't just put through random numbers or mistake HWG with another share. How about some whopper prints to cause some stir here. All imo DYOR | sphere25
15/11/2023 09:29 | The Bulls are coming. After all never ending doom and gloom, the market has an actual optimistic feel about it. Some decent rallies higher around. No whopping big buying on the small caps I am watching, but hopefully sentiment follows through to them for at least some bullish moves. Some early interesting activity in HWG. It looks like someone has come in for a decent wedge at 103p so watching in to see if the buying picks up in any meaningful way. All imo DYOR | sphere25
13/10/2023 16:35 | HWG looks OK but would rather get one of the REITs or infrastructure funds on wide discounts and get paid a 7-8% yield while I wait for discount to close - EBOX, SUPR, SREI, SHED, UKW, TRIG, HICL - to name just a few of the higher quality ones. | riverman77
13/10/2023 16:25 | Getting paid 1.5% whilst you wait for the NAV gap to close isn't a bad thing is it? | lageraemia
13/10/2023 14:43 | nah not really. It's the discount. | hugepants
13/10/2023 12:31 | you topped up for a yield of 1.5%........? | eigthwonder
13/10/2023 12:19 | The 1.5% yield is highly attractive so topped up at sub 100p. Gearing only 8% so at least that's not a concern. | hugepants
15/9/2023 09:38 | Agree, I've just topped up. Got a lot of belief in this business long term | ingham87
12/9/2023 14:49 | Still a sound medium to long term hold for me | solarno lopez
12/9/2023 14:41 | Interims : EPRA NDV = 195.7 EPRA NTA = 201.1 EPRA NRV = 222.3 | hugepants
06/9/2023 08:06 | Why the falling price ? | solarno lopez
05/9/2023 09:22 | Hard to resist building a solid position in this company at this price. Market liquidity low. This company is a gem | ingham87
27/7/2023 06:33 | Good update for a very stellar business that is unloved by the market. A very good long term hold | ingham87
24/7/2023 15:56 | Thursday trading update. | elsa7878
04/7/2023 16:40 | Little pop in the price today..... | lageraemia
28/5/2023 13:13 | Well mentioned in todays Mail on Sunday for me it’s a long term hold at which time the market will have caught up with HWGs intrinsic value | solarno lopez
14/3/2023 09:36 | Low debt and lots of liquidity margin. Nice | lageraemia
14/3/2023 07:50 | It certainly does | solarno lopez
14/3/2023 07:44 | Excellent update. This remains a great investment for the long term investor | ingham87
31/1/2023 07:30 | Excellent update for this significantly undervalued business | ingham87
05/1/2023 22:16 | Perking up very slightly here. Don't know if this is the reason; NAV is 203.1p although their preferred metric is EPRA NDV (net development value) which is 224.7p | hugepants
05/11/2022 11:10 | Low debt, presumably not imminently due roll over.....no obvious news re rent impairments or reduced income. This all looks like a potential opportunity to pick up assets cheaper, IF that's what actually happened to asset prices. | lageraemia |
