So do the 6 Capela tenements stay in the name of B&A until maybe $5m is paid this year for the remaining 49%? Where would the $5m come from?....and where will the A$6m come from for Sergi? are these amounts booked as non-current liabilities somewhere? If not, does that mean that there is no obligation to continue with those projects?

I see B&A wrote off sergi to zero and returned to kmine. i guess one man's trash is another man's treasure?
