ieh fan,

You are not using the term "internet troll" in it's true context, I suggest you look it up!

These are discussion boards, where people are entitled to hold differing opinions on stocks, otherwise what is the point of coming here?

Please feel free to post proof of my "campaign of smears and misinformation", I look forward to that!

I took the trouble to attend their presentation, and liked the story, is that OK woth you?

I was not impressed that he didn't have any business cards with him, and less impressed after taking everyone's names and emails (there were many people, not just me!) that no follow up email arrived, i think that is poor form personally, you can welcome to your own view.

I could not then find any email address to contact him (info@ doesn't do it for me, that generally gets binned!), so I waited, as I like to be able to contact a company I am invested in if I need to.

The share price is now 33% down from when I might have bought, and finally I can see some numbers, and some clarity that IMO has been lacking in recent company RNS.

And you accuse me of being a troll?

I suggest you check up the meaning of troll, because your interpretation means nobody can express a doubt, concern, or criticism, and that does not make for a discussion board, just a backslapping club, and they always end badly!

Serious question, though:

Why do you all hang around here, sucking each other off all day?
You're obviously not getting paid for it because you're just not very good at talking it down.
So, that leaves either looking for the best entry point or just having no life whatsoever.

There's so much corruption, scandal and scum on AIM. And yet you target an obscure, teeny little company in the Potash business.

Good opportunity, in between noshing, to come clean on your raging agendas.

acliff,

Don't mention the "P" word, they're a bit sensitive to that word here!

yes they had some cash but that was last june and not enough to last a year (at current capex rate) so they will be running short by now (prior to the warrant excercise) which will last them about another 3 months.
Also they need to write a cheque for $1m when they start production, so looks like they need a pacing to me, before june, hence my comment

acliff,

HMI brought Arapua from, a licence to explore, to a project that is mining and producing on very little cash, they raised £2.4 million before expenses in November 2015, have had income from warrants aswell but rest assured, £1 million at this stage will do just nicely!

Interesting first comment on here!

You really think HMI would struggle to raise money when they have Arapua that is capable of turning a £20 million yearly profit on a trial mining licence? They could raise any amount tomorrow if they wanted, but they dont need too.

Maybe have a look at the announcements over the last year or so!

a million quid odd doesn't go very far.
I assume they asked the Edwards family to do this because they couldn't get a proper placing away?

Anyone that can read accounts could see the company needed money, nothng "world ending" about that, in fact the ueber bulls are the only ones getting worked up about it! I knew it was going to happen, and it did!

The so called uber bulls are very happy to see the outstanding warrants converted resulting in cash for HMI, No further cash needed currently And lets be fair, would rather they converted now than at 50p in a couple months time!

I still don't see any sign of a mine? Where is the crusher and the shelter? Also it just looks like more grading to me on the north side. Nice for the farm perhaps, but what about the mine?
