I think we can probably just about guarantee that the drill data from the lads will be excellent. So I wouldn't worry about that

"On 30 December 2016, the Company announced the completion of a second 39 hole air core drilling programme at the Maximus Prospect. The additional holes were drilled over outcropping kamafugite and produced results compatible to the grades in the current resource area, indicating the potential to further substantially increase the mineral resources. The Company announced it had retained the services of GE21 to revise the current resource using the additional drill data with an updated resource expected by mid-February."

Wonder if news is coming very soon ?

kreatur. Interested in you comment 2151. What satellite web site do you use for up to date images? I use Google maps a lot but their images are years old in a lot of cases. Thanks in advance for any info.

YP:
I don't post on LSE so I'll answer your point re: Miton here instead.

No. They've not offloaded. They extra shares were added to market last week and they've notified that their holding has slipped below 5% because of it.

No sells. So stop spreading as usual, eh?

Any sign of the expected $2.7m revenues by July 2017 ? The satellite images suggest to me, that there has been no further progress during January

Estoico, 'trial mining' is NOT the same as 'commercial production'.

The RNS of 18 Aug 2016 (Maximus Landholder Agreement) states

"The agreement allows the Company to carry out trial mining and associated activities on the property, once the trial mining permit has been awarded to the Company."
..........
"Under the terms of the Brazillian Mining Code (1967) and its Regulation (1968), the agreement will be re‐negoiated when the project moves to commercial production, subject to the Company successfully applying for a full mining licence."

What I am not clear about, and sorry if this has been asked before, is whether 'trial mining' constitutes commercial production, does anyone here know for a fact if it does or not?

Because if it does, and they have to pay $1 million, I can see why the warrants were converted now.

I can't see deadpan doing too well on the rooftops. Plus I can't see that anyone has done anything wrong. Still waiting for news on the crusher and shelter down on the farm? ATB
