lots of these lifestyle companies on AIM. They look very promising to the unwary at first but are in fact traps designed to part you with your money. I bet there are many companies in Brazil offering the same product as this company - the only difference is they are private so Harvest probably doesn't have any competitive advantage.

Well I had been wondering what they would come up with to delay the approval those 3 of the 4 positive (fosfato) research reports submitted to the ANM (Sept 2023).

A fast track drilling campaign on the 3 tenements south of Maximus from the boys at GE21 and some wonderful REE results (in house), that should do it?

Strange though, how do they intend to complete a drilling campaign without a research permit?

It is crazy that directors can legally steal money from Aim companies with private investors not having the clout to fire the incompetent and thieving directors.

Harvest Minerals Limited, the AIM listed organic fertilizer producer, is pleased to announce an equity issue package consisting of a placing ("Placing") that has raised gross proceeds of c. £425,000, and the settlement of c. £575,000 of director / company secretary fees, through the issue of, in aggregate, 100,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value at a price of 1p ("Issue Price") (the "Equity Issue").

PATHETIC. £575,000 FOR A 3.79M MARKET CAP COMPANY THAT WILL SOON HALVE. LIFESTYLE COMPANY THAT IS BEING MILKED TILL THE END.

A change of ANM DG and the long outstanding issue with the Sergipe prospect, the disallowed 'final research report', gets a hand-over.

Perhaps they mean negative-dividends or so called placings? So did the margins shrink due to an oversupply of dust in global markets?

‘ The Group has historically demonstrated its ability to raise funds to satisfy its immediate cash requirements. Such as, in April 2024, the Group sourced a drawdown of an existing loan for $R2,500,000 to fund working capital.’

Wish my bank would do that for dust

Final results due here by the last possible day in June. Plus got to show 12 months cash going backward. Forward rather. Not sure how they could get a placing away? Surely another bank loan is out of the question?

Will be looking for
Amortisation and
Impairment of trade receivables and
Impairment of capitalised exploration
In finals

"At which point can you apply for a loan ?"

Does that apply to shareholders too ?

No doubt we won’t find out, once the dust has settled. But is the business model to recognise massive orders, that don’t get collected, and instead end up in court? At which point can you apply for a loan ?

I think the main question here is why did Triunfo Minereacao...... need to take out loans for R$3,500,000.00 for a contracts totalling R$2,972.000.00 where no dust actually changed hands?

There is a second company named on this court case, Brasil Agro + Ltda.
This company is one of those similar small companies I previously mentioned connected by one of the directors.
Brasil Agro + Ltda operate as 'wholesale trade in agricultural pesticides, fertilizers, fertilizers and soil correctors is part of the wholesale trade sector.'
