Not sure why HMI can’t RNS such factual prompt information such as YP’s last post ?

200,000 tonnes of invoiced sales was forecast for FY 2023. How did that pan
out ?

April 2023 RNS update : ‘ as the Company returns to previously established buying cycles, it remains on track to achieve its 2023 year-end invoiced sales target of 200,000 tonnes of KP Fértil®‘
—-

I see there hasn’t even been an RNS update since last October in the year 2023.

I'd guess if Harvest were realistic they would be looking lower than 100/120kt?

Verde guidance for 2023 was 800kt to 1.2Mt and they only sold ~50% of the lower end 800kt.

Harvest are sat at 22,500t up to Q3/23 and the CFEM figures for Oct23 & Nov23 look like 3kt to 4kt each. If Dec23 is the same that makes something like 35kt total.
I can't see Harvest loading Dec23 like they did in Dec22. No point, the auditor wont have it and they still have to pay the 2% CFEM?

I'll go with 2024 guidance of 70kt (twice 2023 sales)?
Can't see that hurting the share price too much and besides, it doesn't have much further to fall?

Thanks yp

On the basis, Harvest should be looking for 100~120kt this year. Not sure if they have the funding to get through the first half, however.

Verde 2023 review and 2024 guidance:

I guess Harvest will now release their full year sales?

'Looks like an invoice included in the document annexe?'

The title of that document is: 'Nota Fiscal Entrega Futura',
which simply translates to 'Future Delivery Invoice'.

R$3,020,600.00

Based on CFEM payments, that is equivalent to 75% of sales reported for Q3/2023.

The first notable legal case of 2024:
Agro Nova Ltda vs Triunfo Minercao....Ltda.
Value of the case: R$3,020,600.00
Looks like an invoice included in the document annexe?
