Traded in and out over the years. Company during spike in potash prices and over trading in the period did not make sufficient returns to support the historic share price. I no longer have a holding. can not see this being a viable listed company at such low tonnage cart away. Business either needs to divest or merge with other potash companies to grow.

Recurring write-offs ? Maybe it would work?
But nearly November and has no-one at all had to cough up for 2023 dust orders ?

Customer retention is much easier than finding new customers, so why not?

So prob safe to write that off. Is it okay for the 2022 non-payers to place new orders ? I don’t see why not

Up to 22,500 tonnes.

‘Orders to the end of September 2023 totalled 40,000 tonnes, of which 22,500 tonnes has been invoiced for payment and 17,500 tonnes is forecast to be invoiced for payment by end December 2023’

so how much of that is more than 120 days overdue?

'Orders to end of September 2023 totalled 40,000 tonnes'

If orders to the end of July were 36kt (RNSd), then for the whole of August and September they only received 4kt of new sales orders.
Hard to see how Harvest get their 30kt forecast of orders for Q4/23?

It could get worse, they could write it off after +120days.

Harvest added the following statement in their latest accounts:

'Trade receivables are written off where there is no reasonable expectation of recovery. Indicators that there is no reasonable expectation of recovery include, amongst others, the failure of a debtor to engage in a repayment plan with the group, and a failure to make contractual payments for a period of greater than 120 days past due.'

Err so um none of the above has been paid, and none of it delivered ?? Still working on delivering 2022 orders ? Um hello can I buy some fertiliser, actually rockdust will do, and dont bother to deliver it, we will chat about it in a year or so ? Maybe here’s some money but don’t recognise it until whatever ?

So Harvest forecast is to invoice 47,500t during Q4/23.

Could be the best Q4 to date, for invoices that is?

Good timing, but very unlucky!

Geociclo failed to find the heir apparent.

Judicial Recovery ended!

And with it the 'Creditors list'?

I wonder how much FFA legal made from that catastrophe?

Now, what's next?

Some news then:

Garrison Capital (UK) Ltd - finally dissolved!
The 'way forward' perhaps.

Five Star Mineracao Ltda, a company owned by a familiar group of Brasilian Businessmen and with the same local director as Triunfo Mineracao do Brasil Ltda have applied renewal of Operating Licence valid until 24/02/2024 for diamond extraction and processing activities. Still awaiting ANM granting FML, all seems to be going well since those 'proof of available fund' submissions in Sept 22.

Credit Qualification case Triunfo Mineracao... v Geociclo -'Order given'

The first 25,000t/a @ R$250t less costs should just cover that?
