Personally I don’t see the Inventory of 1.4m as being an Asset. Wouldn’t all that rockdust be a liability if no-one wants it? And 400k of cash left in June, so how much is anything is in the bank now?
Wouldn’t you want to recall the loan if you were the bank?

So they are currently Burning circa $5m on fee's & operating costs & only (outrageously high). & only have Approx $400k in cash left! That suggests they'll try & place even more shares!Management have criminally run this company into the ground. This is why they should not have wasted so much money on useless & expensive side projects rather than keeping their eye on the operating business.

Why are they not stripping costs back! Way too fat & director, consulting, accounting, legal fees etc etc all criminally high!
