I'm afraid a lot of ppl are going to get spiked on HARL. They have an incredibly weak blance sheet and they will raise equity soon to support a further debt raise. It's going into the mid-teens at least.

Look at recent broker notes. Very weak balance sheet and forecast tens of millions of losses for years to come.

Me too. In my experience a move backed by that much volume tends to resume after a bit of consolidation. I see no reason this won’t head to 40/50p in the next few weeks.

In the past with other large contracts like this, has the ship builder made much profit. £1.6bl sounds massive, but how much if that actually goes to the bottom line

Current M.cap is about 40m

They bought 4 site assets out of receivership at reduced prices totally 12.9m
Asset value alone likely to currently be worth significantly above this.

Then there's a revitalised business running on top of this with years worth of work won, MoD backing and multiple markets being addressed under the experienced CEO John Wood.

Likely profitable at circa 100m revenue, at least 70% of the way there to that target and likely cash flow positive in a years time.

Would think this will be going a lot lot higher, certainly worth more than 40m.
