16/11/2022 16:21 | Surely you have done well here if you bought any time this morning or recently prior but this is the MEGA RISK sort. There is alot to prove but they have won a monster contract which explains this move and why it is holding, for now. They might bid it up tomorrow or they might sell it down like at BSFA. I thought BSFA was going to keep going, it didn't and my profit almost vanished but that is PENNY PUNT LAND. That is how it works with these sorts. If you're not sure or you are not too risk averse like me, JUST SELL INTO THE SPIKES, LOCK YOUR PROFIT ALONG THE WAY. If OTHERS are pumping and dumping on other shares, you ride the momentum and DUMP too. Play their game. It isn't rocket science. Or you can sell enough to keep a free carry. Sometimes I sell the lot in bits and wait and see how the price moves or I will do what I have done here, lob the near lot and just keep a small few to see how it moves. You can't get them all right and you can't nail the tops or bottoms, but you can manage your own risk and take profits along the way! All imo DYOR | sphere25
16/11/2022 15:50 | The overhang at 20p is too great. It touched it for a second and then collapsed. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 15:45 | Ladies, Gentlemen and Trannies It's time to take your hands out of your G-strings, and Boxer shorts and put your fingers on the buy buy buy switch Target price is 22p close then boom 40p tomorrow morning. Enjoy. Regards, F911 | firestorm911
16/11/2022 15:43 | Can't buy any. It's being regularly throttled back to try and reduce the buying pressure. | someuwin
16/11/2022 15:15 | Also I should add... probably about 60% of Harland and Wolfs shares have been issued at 20p. Thats a big barrier to break. So 12% upside vs... seems a big risk given the losses coming in. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 15:13 | It works the other way on the way down you know. Except then you own shares, and there is no buyers. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 15:05 | Very hard to buy even small amounts. Market makers have failed to walk it down to find sellers and switched off the buying....they know they're in big trouble. This will finish on an intraday high today and then gap up significantly at 8am. Don't be fooled by Mortal....todays news is a complete game changer! | likya123
16/11/2022 14:55 | This is day 1, possibly day 2 of the contract news settling in. After day 3, anyone who wants in will have got in. Everyone that is left will have to watch the costs balloon and share dilutions. Firestorm will be out by then though, he knows the score. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 14:52 | Nah, as im the only person here who can read an income statement, I might stick around for a while. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 14:52 | The 1.6bn contract is split between 3 entities and at this stage nobody knows how much of this 1.6bn is coming to H&W | the donald
16/11/2022 14:48 | Not easy to buy....the disconnect here is immense.. £100 million market cap which is about 60p would still be ridiculous for the size of this contract. Once traders and profit takers gone this will move very nicely up over coming days/weeks. A complete no brainer at these prices. | likya123
16/11/2022 14:35 | Yay, lets compare a big number with a small number. Why don't you look at the gross profit of this contract... £240m. That's enough to fund 1600 workers for 5 years. Im sure management will hire 2000 though, just to make sure they keep the losses going. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 14:28 | 1.6 billion contract currently only 31 million market cap | sacha17
16/11/2022 14:26 | Another bag holder is born. You buy the rumour sell the fact, not the other way around. You are the one left holding the bag when management do a placing to finance this contract, and then whacked again when the losses come in,. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 14:20 | Lovely dip from profit takers....buying more thank you. | likya123
16/11/2022 14:18 | Yes and what's the losses on that £65m-£75m? At least £15m I suspect. £70m sales, 15% gross margin -> £10.5m gross profit. Well they have £15m operating expenses in H1, so thats £30m for the FY.... so £20m losses at the EBIT level. More sales... more losses. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 14:10 | -- Therefore, the Company continues to maintain its guidance of achieving revenues of between GBP65 million and GBP75 million at the end of FY22. | givmesunshine
16/11/2022 14:06 | Come on then... someone explain to me where my numbers are wrong? You guys just see a big number and compare it to a small market-cap. This business made a £15m loss of £16m sales. Imagine wtf it could do with £100m sales lol. | mortal1ty |
