16/11/2022 22:53 | Likya123 You are correct. My bad. I read incorrectly and thought it was Q4 2023 and not Q1 2023. I stand corrected: Wed, 16th Nov 2022 10:58 RNS Number : 6285G Harland & Wolff Group Holdings PLC 16 November 2022 16 November 2022 Harland & Wolff Group Holdings plc ("Harland & Wolff" or the "Company") Fleet Solid Support Contract - Preferred Bidder Harland & Wolff Group Holdings plc (AIM: HARL), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, is pleased to note the recent announcement by the Secretary of State the Rt Hon Ben Wallace MP at its Appledore shipyard that Team Resolute (a UK based collaboration between Harland & Wolff, BMT and Navantia) has been awarded preferred bidder status on the £1.6bn Fleet Solid Support ("FSS") contract. This announcement is a major milestone for Harland & Wolff and demonstrates the substantial progress made in establishing the business as a significant player within UK shipbuilding and wider fabrication projects. The Company expects to complete negotiations on the FSS contract by Q1 2023, which will provide more precise details on the works to be carried out, key timelines and other factors relevant to the Company's involvement as part of Team Resolute. Further details will be made available as soon as possible. This announcement contains inside information. For further information, please visit www.harland-wolff.co | chickbait
16/11/2022 22:32 | Another very sad and failed attempt to deramp Chick. No mention of Q4 23 so a lie too! Good luck buying back in tomorrow morning and mind the gap......many thanks. Previous contracts awarded before today were already adding up to around the £100 mil mark but this one today is simply the stuff of dreams. The rerate is going to be spectacular! | likya123
16/11/2022 22:27 | Made a very healthy profit today. Almost sold to early yesterday as got spooked but held my nerve and timed my sell at the top this afternoon. Not saying there are no more legs left but been spiked one to many times in the past. When I read the RNS talking about Q4 2023 I thought its a long way off and the share price will drop. Have I sold to soon I am not sure? HARL is definitely a share that I will be following for a long to time to come but for now I am out. A profit is a profit. Good luck to all left in. One to look out for is CGO INMO. Not ramping. DYOR | chickbait

16/11/2022 19:21 | The news today is absolutely mega and transformational. Yes, we still have the imminent gas storage contracts to land and now we also have the very real possibility of other mega contracts too as the world witnesses todays news. Those who took their profits (the only reason we're not significantly higher already) will now watch from the sidelines as this multibags. HARL will go well beyond a quid and the only question remaining is how quickly! | likya123

16/11/2022 17:03 | Team Resolute, a consortium comprising of BMT, Harland and Wolff and Navantia UK, would manufacture the support ships which will provide munitions, stores and provisions to the Royal Navy's aircraft carriers, destroyers and frigates deployed at sea. The proposal pledges that the entire final assembly for these ships would be completed at Harland and Wolff's shipyard in Belfast. Blocks and modules for the ships would also be constructed in Belfast, with other work carried out at the company's North Devon site in Appledore and at Methil and Arnish in Scotland. Each of the three ships, which will be as long as two Premier League football pitches, would be built using Bath-based company BMT's designs. Build work would also take place at Navantia's shipyard in Cadiz, Spain. Production of the ships is due to start in 2025 with all three expected to be operational by 2032. | this_is_me
16/11/2022 17:02 | Youve already been proven wrong. You said it would finish at the days highs. All you got was steady selling from noon. | mortal1ty
16/11/2022 16:58 | This is the most certain multibagger on the market currently. Absolutely company transforming news today. Enjoy the rise folks. | likya123
16/11/2022 16:50 | As some have said, it's all about mcap. Having just landed a share in a £1.6bln contract from the mod, here are the resistance points (previous peaks) and associated mcaps. Even at 58p the mcap is only £100m, currently just £30m. Imho, it's still massively undervalued and I suspect 30p, or £50m mcap, may be the first time it pauses for breath. Then onto all time highs. 16/11/2022 16:21 | Surely you have done well here if you bought any time this morning or recently prior but this is the MEGA RISK sort. There is alot to prove but they have won a monster contract which explains this move and why it is holding, for now. They might bid it up tomorrow or they might sell it down like at BSFA. I thought BSFA was going to keep going, it didn't and my profit almost vanished but that is PENNY PUNT LAND. That is how it works with these sorts. If you're not sure or you are not too risk averse like me, JUST SELL INTO THE SPIKES, LOCK YOUR PROFIT ALONG THE WAY. If OTHERS are pumping and dumping on other shares, you ride the momentum and DUMP too. Play their game. It isn't rocket science. Or you can sell enough to keep a free carry. Sometimes I sell the lot in bits and wait and see how the price moves or I will do what I have done here, lob the near lot and just keep a small few to see how it moves. You can't get them all right and you can't nail the tops or bottoms, but you can manage your own risk and take profits along the way! All imo DYOR | sphere25 |
