Preferred bidder does not mean contract awarded.... and the fact they've put out two rampy RNSs with the words preferred bidder, is a red flag in itself, its just JW doing his best to keep the price up until the placing sorted out. Caveat emptor

I get that but there's a big disparity / next news will probably be a big fat grant - so the Tory's can claim they levelled up and brought shipbuilding back to the UK .. it's too big for the market cap - and that be borne out by 3rd day of trading - they don't all get forgotten
