27/2/2024 13:58 | Was wondering where you had been hiding. If HARL had really made as much of a loss in 2023 as you suggest then the company would have ran out of cash as your incorrect blog posts kept suggesting. Clearly the reality is different.Yes, clearly if FSS was the only contract the company will be working on in 2025 then it may not cover all costs because ot has staff in other yards that won't be working on FSS. But that's a stupid assumption to be making, that the company won't have any other work. I'm expecting revenues of at least 300m in 2025.I'm not even going to bother with your other comments regarding refinancing and UKEF. It's been done to death and only the RNS confirming the deal will change your view on that. I suspect we will know soon enough, I don't see it dragging on into Q2. I have money waiting to add here at these levels. Just trying to see if you guys can talk it down a bit more before I add. | xenor
27/2/2024 12:11 | You mean the large contract that hasn't even got going yet chinahere? Gotta love these no names turning up trying to tell us that the business is going bust based on sniffing their own farts. | xenor
27/2/2024 09:27 | These kind of businesses along with UK steel industry are always going bust and requiring bail outs. What has changed. HARL has over capacity combined with some political meddling over keeping unprofitable yards going for the sake of misplaced economics. The UK gov. loves taking tax dollars and hates bailing anything out. Whether HARL limps along on debt and bailouts is another matter, I'd expect some yards to amalgamate in time, but it'll never be profitable. | owenski
26/2/2024 22:48 | A large contract doesn't mean that any profit will be made - that is a lesson learned for me. | chinahere
26/2/2024 21:32 | What good does a ahitty PI raise of £2m at 5p do them? RCOI will have to extend their debt as they have no choice. HARL can't fund their business, can't pay their debts and can't raise what they need. | loglorry1
26/2/2024 19:22 | 5p fund raise anyone??? | owenski
26/2/2024 15:01 | Because without news it drifts, and if you are confident in the future as I am it is a good buy. horses for courses, I understand your position I just disagree with it. | linesal2
26/2/2024 13:05 | linesal2- And why do you think that is? | john mcinnes wood
26/2/2024 11:55 | it's mouth-watering the amount of shares I have picked up under 11p LOL | linesal2
26/2/2024 09:51 | Yep, that wage bill from 4 underutilised yards is eye watering. | owenski
26/2/2024 09:46 | Didn't the bulls say that the floor in the price at HARL was 12p. We are now at 9.8p to sell. Company deathly silent about the refinance now. Obviously they are in very big trouble. | loglorry1
23/2/2024 17:12 | They need to close 3 of their 4 yards and consolidate everything into the NI operation. But they can't can they, that's the problem when a business has a political profile holding it to account. This is another disaster of an insolvent business. | owenski
08/2/2024 12:51 | The outcome of the appeal should be forthcoming, with the increase in share price maybe it is favorable? should know either way shortly if positive another avenue to cash open... | linesal2
08/2/2024 09:42 | Another ADVFN shorting spiv.....finance will be sorted in due course and back to 20p...the chart has been distorted by short selling... | seagreen
08/2/2024 08:58 | "..you can never tell 8-)" Actually, you can, the chart alone gives a consensus view of what the market thinks. Then of course, there's the accounts, the funding issues, and the fact that it's technically insolvent. Bargepole. | owenski
07/2/2024 18:50 | Or gathering stock as they expect the good news is just around the corner....you can never tell 8-) | seagreen
07/2/2024 14:33 | Just sold everything,MM's pricing this to go bust,they just might be right. | bri15
06/2/2024 22:55 | Terminator101 - Still have no ferry either for the proposed new Isles Of Scilly route scheduled to start in spring. It's in Tahiti and showing as available by the vendor.Guess JW is hoping the RNLI will bail him out again! No great surprise to be honest he has a history of failing to deliver & not meeting deadlines. | john mcinnes wood
06/2/2024 19:23 | Evening gerbils. How’s this loss making debt ridden John Wood vanity project? 10.5p in the bid huh. Where exactly is this imminent debt deal? | terminator101
25/1/2024 23:15 | JMW, It is a shame iSSG had to go to France for their Tugs, But they will get what they paid for EVENTUALLY.... | linesal2 |
