Going back to 10p at least now. I guess big dilutative raise at 2-3p to try to generate enough capital to allow some sort of debt raise. D4E more likely IMV.

I stand by my post of 7th September - share price sub 12p by month end. At the time it was 15.25p, now languishing at 12.50p. The faithful shareholders seeing their investment fall by 17.5% in 2 weeks. Do I see a lifeboat on the horizon Mr Wood?

Just in case you were wondering if they were honest in their Q&A answers today. They were NOT at least by omission. I asked if they could rule out an equity raise as part of the debt funding package. They just ignored the question.

I guess that speaks volumes.

There are very few companies on Glassdoor with an average rating of 2.2 stars. If you read the reviews all 18 of them you will see that there are some very serious problems with H&W.

This contradicts what John Wood has been saying. Ignore it if you want. Price falling further.

Glassdoor reviews? ?You'll find bad reviews for every company on there. When people get fired they often exaggerate. I noticed similar after I left my last job, some reviews painting an awful picture and yet it was a nice cushy office job.Be right back, I'm going to sell my shares because someone posted a bad review on Glassdoor. Nice try.

You get a salary.. sometimes it's even paid on time if the directors can be bothered! I'll use the rest of this space to urge you not to work here. Just don't do it!

Cons

Where do I start. - The environment in the Belfast yard was the absolute worst I've ever experienced in my life. - Asked to travel last minute constantly with no notice and when complained about it was threatened with instant dismissal - It was a revolving door every week a fresh batch of people came and left - the CEO treats you like dirt - impossible workload and pressure caused me to break down multiple times - the bathroom became a daily cry break routine. - don't take my work for it just type Harland and Wolff into LinkedIn and look how many people are ex employees and I bet you'll find very few who lasted more than 3-5 months

Advice to Management

I genuinely think it's too far gone. You may have won a few big contracts but good looking trying to hire staff and retain them. When you see the culture and benefits that other companies are offering literally nobody will want to work for H&W. It's got a really bad reputation that is only getting worse. I think it's too far gone to be changed.

You are right it would essentially be lying but they refused to answer the question on an equity raise. If there wasn't one then just deny it.

Let's see who ends up being right.

Loglorry comes across as someone who has way too much money riding on this in the short direction. Someone who was led to believe by certain individuals that it was nailed on that the finance deal will fail and the share price will plummet.
