So to use loglorry's own words silence is an admission of guilt you never asked the questionAll short sellers lie you just have to point it out.

Did anyone hear the question our learned friend asked?

Just in case you were wondering if they were honest in their Q&A answers today. They were NOT at least by omission. I asked if they could rule out an equity raise as part of the debt funding package. They just ignored the question.

I guess that speaks volumes.

You are right it would essentially be lying but they refused to answer the question on an equity raise. If there wasn't one then just deny it.

Let's see who ends up being right.

Loglorry comes across as someone who has way too much money riding on this in the short direction. Someone who was led to believe by certain individuals that it was nailed on that the finance deal will fail and the share price will plummet.

Log, please get with the script! You seem to be confusing a domestic mortgage with a Business. I do not know of any homeowner with nearly £1billion pounds of contracted work on their books, which makes a considerable difference. PLEASE PLEASE listen to JACK your Mentor before posting because you sound absolutely ridiculous.

When did I say UKEF wanted equity in HARL?

HARL need equity capital to support increased lending. If HARL could raise £50m in equity capital they would have a chance at getting debt funding. Right now the situation is akin to someone with a mortgage on their house of 300K with a house valuation of £250k looking to borrow £50k more.

It doesn't matter what they say their pay will be next year they simply can't borrow without any equity in the asset because there's simply no asset backing for the loan.

Death spiral financing, government agency wanting equity in HARL? Got any other ridiculous statements to add to that? As a shorter, you're in for a world of pain when the finance RNS hits.

They have not signed a £200m loan. It is still under negotiation and has been delayed multiple times.

UKEF will require a substantial equity raise to support that sum and this is why HARL must raise equity capital to complete any such loan.

It's pretty basic stuff. It's even in the last accounts for anyone to read.

This reminds me of SOU. The BoD kept telling them they would raise substantial debt funding. In the end they did with a crippling equity death spiral component.

You must have missed the bit about signing a £200m loan.Clearly getting desperate now with your efforts to convince people to sell their shares.

Put to bed?

Where did you here John Wood or his CFO say today there is no equity raise required in order to raise funds required?

The last financials explicitly said they need to raise equity. Nothing today suggested otherwise.

All that scaremongering last week by JackNife on finance and UKEF, safe to say that's been put to bed. I wonder what the SharePhophets group will come up with next to attack this company. Just shows not to believe a word they say. They try to act smart with paragraphs and paragraphs of technical jargon but at the end of the day they know very little.

Don't think Jak is training him well enough, they do make me smile with the repetition.
Log = Equity raise
Terminator = RNLI
Jaknife= Good analytical research but totally blindsides any possible positivity and only posts on any information he can translate into a doomsday scenario and re-posts it a hundred times.

Yes same old same old. Expecting a cheap debt deal but obviously it's not signed becuase they need to raise fresh equity just as they have stated in their financial reports to get it over the line.
