Just doesn't appear to be any urgency here. Spoke to Tim Maltin,CEO, who agreed with me that Victoria and Albert museum is hardly the place to project a modern image (they were invited by V&A to celebrate 60years). Really need to sign up some VIP's and show in KOOL places. Maybe they're working on it.

Hi Pictureframe, Lets hope 1 or 2 more people subscribe to the brand. I wouldn't
mind seeing some upside on this in the next few weeks, I'd at least like to breakeven from that ridiculous spread.

"an ADVFN competitor
Icelandic group Baugur has sold almost £250m of the shares it has been building up in Marks and Spencer.

Baugur, which owns a host of UK retailers including cash and carry chain Booker, Whistles, Oasis, Mappin & Webb and Hamleys, has been building up the holding since this time last year.

However, a soaring share price has persuaded Baugur to cash in its stock, with the group expected to use the profits for another tilt at House of Fraser, said The Times this morning.

Yesterday Marks & Spencer closed down 21p at 611p on news that a 40 million block of shares had been placed via investment bank Cazenove. Baugur started building its stake when the shares were trading at 318p, according to the Telegraph."

Lovely. The associated group of Arev are now sat on a cash pile of 250M, and want to have a go at House of Fraser. Remember, the guy who owns Arev was a big man at Bauger. Tell me they are not dicsussiong Hardy Amies?
