01/12/2016 12:14 | Cash is king chaps. And we make lots of it. I wouldn't worry my time about daily movements. That's what shares do. Each to their own of course. | morph7
01/12/2016 12:11 | Wondered what the huge gap down from 654 to 651 was in the half hour after 9am. There was nothing but vertical blank space between one candlestick and the next. Hope the saying about gap downs and gap ups comes into being soon - the gap must be filled! So a revisit to that area? Only thing is intraday 651p is looking very resistancey to overcome. Oooh the traitor! | velod
01/12/2016 11:46 | Not to worry topped up with £4.4 Mill at 6.4625.Xmas is coming !!! | garycook
01/12/2016 11:38 | What do you think the reason is for this fall? Surely not the punters acting on the chart pattern and accelerating the drop? | nurdin
01/12/2016 11:35 | Next supports now that 650p is biting the dust are 642 and if that fails then 632. | velod
01/12/2016 11:01 | 686k sell just went through!!! .... and collapsed the share price again. That's a crazy amount of shares, holdings RNS? | festario
01/12/2016 10:32 | Velod,The recent low was 625.We are now at 650.What is the next support level below 650.The reason I ask,is that I have funds available to top up my SIPP holding. | garycook
01/12/2016 03:42 | Yes PTEC dropped, because the Founder sold a £329 Million stake in PTEC and placed at 850p.That was the reason for the drop. | garycook
30/11/2016 19:24 | Ptec dropped more. | timanglin
30/11/2016 19:05 | Yep! A couple of bears got out of the pen and running hit and run renegade missions. Need an elephant gun! As far as I'M concerned - no this fall was not unexpected. I posted as gently as I could, if you check back a day or so ago - of technical signs SLOWLY turning positive but so slowly it was as if saying "OKAY, BUT WATCH YOUR BACK". Surely others had similar doubts? And the day or so before that, a more negative post outlining that indicators had now turned bearish short term. That post was laced with subliminal warnings about it being "time to pay the piper". I was hoping it wouldn't be as brutal as it has been today - with poor old 660p support taking a direct head shot - but 650p area looks strong enough. However that 'massive' fall of nearly 3% (yikes!) in one day, is very concerning. Be awhile yet before the share price is clear of retracing. Only to be expected after that week long bravo run. Not reading anything more into this bear attack than that. A reaction to a week+ long bull run. December more than likely the month to put everything "right". EDIT: Posts referred to of expecting bear attacks start on 28/11 @ 21:22pm and onwards. | velod
30/11/2016 15:16 | Nothing in the news that we might have missed? | nurdin
30/11/2016 14:46 | velod let the bear out. Could be investors getting money ready for a gamble on the oil production cut at 3pm, my exposure is Lamprell (lam). dyor regards active | srpactive
30/11/2016 14:44 | This fall is unexpected, any reasons? | mylands
30/11/2016 14:13 | That old 660p support level is putting up a helluva splendid fight. Seeing off allcomers. Intraday, 663p keeps proving to be a heavy roof/lid to lift and throw aside. December tomorrow - nearly always a positive month - Christmas rally and all that for one thing (if it happens this year) that should act like having reinforcements sent to the front line. Just a small matter of time. And convince the bears GVC has not been eating their porridge or sleeping in their beds. | velod
30/11/2016 12:55 | Possible, but slowly higher to £7 plus for Xmas for me. | garycook
30/11/2016 12:44 | Erm..... blue finish anyone? (ahem) | festario
30/11/2016 12:29 | Trying to rally now. Maybe US buying kicking in? | brownie69
30/11/2016 10:34 | Hope it shows the same trend as yesterday, with the bulls charging strongly towards the end of the day! | nurdin
29/11/2016 18:56 | What a great name for some analytical software - Hindsight - Hee hee :) Well, when I posted of possible bear action today (Tues) and not speculating on it being more than short lived, it would have been safe to say I didn't think it would be all over in 24 hours flat! Muscular finish by the day's close with the share price twisting out of the brutal headlock wrapped around it by the bears. Bodes well for the continuing quest to reach 700 base camp even if the odd bear attack surfaces here and there. | velod
29/11/2016 16:37 | ha ha we are all wise with hindsight . | ecoover
29/11/2016 16:33 | When we dipped to 658 this morning, I was going to post 'blue finish anyone?', but I got distracted.Wish I had now, it would have given me Guru status! | festario
29/11/2016 15:40 | Yes today, I am quite happy with that it is only the 29th. regards active | srpactive
29/11/2016 14:11 | Only received ITV divi today? They were issued on the 28th, yesterday - unless you were just checking your account today and assumed it was just issued. If not it's interesting to note the length of time differing broker's admins take to cough up the goods. | velod
29/11/2016 13:07 | Well I hope they move higher for you, I received my itv dividend today. regards active | srpactive
29/11/2016 13:04 | SRP,Well done on your LAM.I have enough in GVC,and HGM atm.Just topped up CARD,and ITV. | garycook |
