22/7/2016 10:43 | active,Stop blowing your own trumpet GVC,HGM,PAF. Need to get ALY,ITV,and LAM motoring. | garycook
22/7/2016 10:24 | That is why these people join in at 630p and not at 79p like quality investors, who are they mylands????? | srpactive
22/7/2016 10:08 | I hope Berenberg's analysis is based on better stats than this which is quoted in one of today's reports that the bank is now covering GVC: GVC Holdings PLC has 61,276,000 shares in issue which have a share price of 627.5 giving GVC Holdings PLC a market capitalisation of 384.51M GBp . Looks like they have used the number of shares in issue BEFORE the BPTY takeover! | mylands
22/7/2016 08:04 | Berenberg has initiated coverage of GVC Holdings with a Buy rating, price target 730.00 | glaws2
21/7/2016 16:48 | TD got all its values wrong at close again today.I'm currently looking at £300k more in my portfolio than is real, no idea why these things happen. | festario
21/7/2016 14:51 | Not only that sbt looked over our Kenny for top job, and now he with gvc own sbt and bpty, yes quite astonishing. I did not mean gvc brownie69. regards active | srpactive
21/7/2016 13:31 | indeed but it is astonishing that we can sit here as long term holders that GVC might buy William Hills. Back in the day GVC was "tiny" and Hills was MASSIVE. How things change... | trentendboy
21/7/2016 13:08 | A bit too soon for GVC I think. Need to digest Bwin properly first, but that's the kind of deal that GVC need to look at in future. | brownie69
21/7/2016 13:03 | Yes, very well done, they are prime for an approach. dyor regards active | srpactive
21/7/2016 12:01 | Off topic, really glad I piled in to WMH a few weeks ago. | festario
20/7/2016 12:54 | You are braver than me Mylands, I've never bought shares on leverage.Woodhawk, you did mention the steeper uptrend, but it keeps falling back.I suspect that each time it spikes, the MM's sell, then they buy them back on the dips.It has long been rumoured to be the 'brokers share', and with this self sustaining uptrend, with spikes and dips, over 3 years or more... you can see why it's called that. | festario
20/7/2016 12:46 | Festario I always try and buy T20, but at the moment the MMs are charging a premium of at least 2p, so the last couple of trades have been T10, with settlement after the Premium Listing on August 1st. So, with a bit of luck we should then see us move up some more, and I will be able take my profits, without having had to lay out a penny! | mylands
20/7/2016 12:42 | Not surprised that its bouncing. Turkish coup come to nothing. General market is strong now that post Brexit worries allayed and cheaper pound helping. A good backdrop for the new broker to get to work on. FAO TEB I'm sure your right and Kalixa is in the frame ATM. However its not going to be a bigee, it cant be, the majority of revs are from GVC. They tried selling their services around the rest of the industry and pretty much failed. The only issue is that the old Bwin board created a false illusion by building up talk of spinning it out and stupid valuations etc. They are discredited in my mind which is why the Bwin holders voted our deal through and are now getting the benefit of Kenny and teams experience etc. Kalixa will be sold at sub 50m EUR Id say, assuming that Kenny does not sign a stupid long term deal to keep using it I'd say and it will not affect the GVC share price | brownie69
20/7/2016 11:55 | I wouldn't like to be caught out with less than my optimum holding at the current time, the news flow is too strong and likely to be very positive over next couple of months, imo. And as we continually see, the share price can move very quickly up, up and away!! Furthermore, as I said before, looks to me like we may be in an even steeper uptrend since the last couple of weeks of June. | woodhawk
20/7/2016 11:50 | Agreed Mylands, but the trouble is, I am loathe to sell any at the highs, in order to free up funds to buy the dips. When you're pretty much all in GVC as I am, it's not easy. | festario
20/7/2016 11:40 | Nice rise this morning. Good money to be made trading on these dips and rises. | mylands
20/7/2016 10:39 | I guess they may be positioning for some non core sell offs | trentendboy
20/7/2016 07:38 | Investec announced as joint broker. Good move. | brownie69
19/7/2016 17:13 | Important bounce today in that we did not dip below 600p before it bounced. New base set. | brownie69
19/7/2016 15:31 | mylands And they are in the process of back tracking. | srpactive
18/7/2016 16:27 | Last thing on his mind right now I am sure | nurdin |
