I suppose it`s possible that they all agreed the main items before the actual meeting sand that would explain the optimism as only the small technical bits remain to be sorted. If so someone might have leaked the main agreement but I think we still need confirmation that our interests have survived. Patience still needed not propaganda.

That`s not news or for that matter true.I have a five figure holding having slimmed down in February ( see my posts at the time) and if the news becomes fact will buy back in like everyone else

But all we have to go on is another meeting albeit with lots of optimism as each side sits down saying "I am glad that we all agree that you agree with me" following which each party goes away and argues about what they thought was agreed.

I hope there is real news of a breakthrough and it does seem likely that Iraq and Turkey have a new understanding but I`ll wait for APIKUR for the company fortunes.

I think we had better wait until APIKUR make a statement to the world although oil flowing would be a good sign that they accept the agreed terms.
