And if that large chunk of non voters, does not welcome further imminent GKP dividends (Dilution) & a GKP share buyback & retirement (Harder to acquire) 😉

GKP with Perella Weinberg & robust defence strategies will be drawing out the first bid.

IMHO GKP = Hostile Takeover target 👍

Voting turnout in general was low relative to prior years, with approximately 49% of the total shareholder register voting. The Company continues to look at ways to increase voting turnout at future general meetings.

Interesting that the next well is over on the Western side of the field? Having found water at S12, S13 is having major problems and needs acid stimulation, S14 off the same pad and had to be sidetracked. It does rather look like the Eastern side is fekked.

S9 failed twice to find the gas cap. S12 found water. S13 looks a total screw up. S14 needed sidetracking and they are keeping quiet about any flows.

All that does clearly support my opinion that they still don't have any idea about the field after 12+ years. The latest CPR looks as though its going to require a material downgrade to Reserves.

Performing to expectations is it, LOL. Only clueless suckers swallow that load of hype and spin.

GKP might have issued another dividend but chose not to imo to keep the share price down . Was this for our own benefit as it might be GKP buying ? someone has been but the share % of top holders is little changed.

With continuing strong oil prices and cash flow generation, there may be opportunities to consider further distributions to shareholders and to optimise the capital structure

Lot of interesting stuff in that RNS , but it all points to stakeholders with divergent opinions.They state the BOD face a FINAL iINVESTMENT DECISION (FID), which is really a STRATEGIC choice between continuing as an independent,and financing the future through debt.Or sell up to the highest bidder now.We will see bids shortly imo.

Side tracks are bound to be tricky in a highly fractured field. It's got to do with gravity ! Doh. Still a lot cheaper than having a new pad built.
