Hiked haha.1980'used to be 16 to 20% interest. 90s early 2000s 6 to 7%. Never been this low. And like you say decisions decisions. You would think every man and his dog would be in for the divi but they have never encouraged us to sell by rising the price.why bother when you can keep it range bound.But for how long.It feels like we are near but im not holding my breath until i see it with my eyes

Interest rates "hiked" to 0.25%. Does that mean folk will prefer to keep it in the bank rather than taking our risky 10% return? Decisions, decisions. Pound flying against both Dollar and Euro. Reduces the next divi payment.

In a surveillance report released in the first week of December, the CDC described 43 cases of Omicron in the United States. No deaths and no hospitalizations have been linked to the variant. Symptoms are mild in both the unvaccinated and vaccinated.

Cases were reported in 22 states. Fifty-eight percent of those testing positive were between the ages of 18-39. People under the age of 18 and over the age of 65 accounted for nine percent of cases.

I would think payment news later today to clear the decks for ops and corporate update tomorrow.

Edit. That 50k "sell" looks to be completion of one of yesterday's orders. Price stayed rock solid as it went through - and then rose.

Shafaq News/ The Italian ambassador to Iraq, Maurizio Greganti, has set May 2022 for Italy to head the North Atlantic Treaty Organization "NATO" mission in Iraq.

On Wednesday, Ambassador Maurizio Greganti presented today a copy of the credentials to the Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fuad Hussein as the new ambassador of Italy.

According to a statement, the two sides discussed relations between Iraq and Italy, the nuclear agreement between Iran and international parties in Vienna, stressing that any progress in this file would positively affect the regional situation and Iraq.

According to the statement, Hussein affirmed his support for the new ambassador's efforts to strengthen relations between Baghdad and Rome and develop cooperation to achieve common interests. In contrast, the new Italian ambassador reiterated his country's support for Iraq.
