15/12/2021 13:49 | Herbert I know what an FDP is. Its a Development Schedule/Project Plan until the end of the PSC. As I said , lets hope there is a buyer in there - just in time for Xmas. h7 | highlander7
15/12/2021 13:45 | Bigdog - KRG should respect GKP and even GENL for hanging around during the hardest times ISIS on the doorstep. Keeping the region going many times for free. Being their interest free loaners for years. There should be some gratitude or appreciation. Explain again why KRG think the wipe out was anything other than caused by them.? | officerdigby
15/12/2021 13:40 | To hell with dividends :). Lets see whats in the FDP , because if Paul is right the new owners ID will be all over it. H7 | highlander7
15/12/2021 13:39 | Stuff lawyers can do ?Legal perhaps - moral no chance....I wonder who GKP have used to buy their own stock in for the past 3 years? Pareto ? Or one of their own investment banks Citibank ??The company itself effectively buying it's own stock for years WITHOUT telling the market.....Great innitb) By deleting Byelaw 4 and replacing it with the following:"4. The Board may, at its discretion and WITHOUT the SANCTION of a RESOLUTION (i) authorise the purchase by the Company of its own shares for cancellation or acquire them as Treasury Shares in accordance with the Companies Acts on SUCH TERMS AS THE BOARD SHALL THINK FIT and (ii) exercise all the powers of the Company to purchase or acquire all or any part of its own shares in accordance with the Companies Acts." | herbert_smith_freehills

15/12/2021 13:38 | Wonder if GKP will be paying another dividend this year (as bigdog told us would happen) as they are making soooo much money | goatcam
15/12/2021 13:23 | S13/S14 word from the city streets:-) Gonna need the usual ton of hype and spin. Then there's the Winter weather affect. Omicron. Travel restrictions. Then the oil oversupply will kick in. Did you notice peeps dumping diesel futures? I wonder if the hosts are pleased with the progress over the past 12 years? How will the hosts view that when looking at the FDP? I wonder if they would consider someone else would do a far better job? Will they trust your "experts" to sort the gas flaring when they look back at what has been achieved since the great shareholder wipeout of 2016? Word is they didn't like the wipeout. Genel, PSC's. Poor performance. All things to consider isn't it? | bigdog5

15/12/2021 12:35 | SOLD BEFORE CHRISTMASBANG GONE A decade or so ago, in the biggest commercial legal case of the year , over which legal costs were over £ 50m, EXPERTS on either side, in a court room , placed a value of £2-4bn on the company - when there was no production infrastructure , no production and no revenue. Huge revenues now , a doubling of reserves since then , and the market cap is less than £ 1/2 a billion. The buyer(s) investment bankers have certainly done a job on suppressing the market share price pre trade sale.Bang Gone IMO. Hi | herbert_smith_freehills

15/12/2021 11:39 | When you try to acquire a huge slice of the company, slowly slowly over a couple of years , you have to patiently ,crush retail interest, and work the book down.As we have seen , the share price has never been allowed to escape north it's always been forced back down, discouraging any retail excitement, and encouraging any new buyers to capitulate and sell. The day of reckoning now nears though... | herbert_smith_freehills |
