Washington Calls on Baghdad to Resolve Its Disputes with Erbil: Official BasNews  2020/08/24 - 00:36  KurdistanERBIL - The United States has officially called on the Iraqi federal government to resolve its remaining disputes with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), a Kurdish official said on Sunday.Speaking to BasNews, Karokh Khoshnaw, head of US-Kurdistan Research Institute, pointed out that the White House has stressed Erbil and Baghdad should solve their issues in accordance with the Iraqi Constitution.Khoshnaw noted that the US wants the political and security situation in Iraq to be normalized as soon as possible.Iraqi PM Mustafa al-Kadhimi, who is in Washington for talks on various topics with the US leaders, has already invited the Kurdistan Region's delegation to visit Baghdad next week to discuss the budget issue.Kadhimi arrived in Washington on August 20, where he met with President Donald Trump as well as Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. The relations between Erbil and Baghdad were also discussed during the meetings, according to a statement by the White House.

FSAwatcher - It is quite possible those that have rec'd the distribution of shares are not individually holding a notifiable interest.A distribution is not a sale and buy - so no need to go through a stock exchange.----------------------------Correct AND because it's Bermuda, nobody is required to declare anything...those that are have chosen too.35% remains undeclared.

OD There was no vote on Soden's appointment. It was just announced in the ops update of 19/6:

Ø Garrett Soden is to be welcomed back to the Board of GKP as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director representing funds managed by Lansdowne Partners Austria.

So they've clearly enough fire power for such a move. The key bit is whether they've enough to force through whatever plan they have in mind or whether they need to take a majority with them.
