FSAwatcher - It is quite possible those that have rec'd the distribution of shares are not individually holding a notifiable interest.

A distribution is not a sale and buy - so no need to go through a stock exchange.

There isn't a buyerThey are just being transferred to fundholdersSo they can vote them on TAKEOVER dealThe fund can't act and vote for several partiesHence they need transfer

19m shares are not yet cancelled :)))) They "RESOLVED to cancel 18,059,000" In JuneThey HAVEN'T YET Its a MASSIVE POISON PILL defence from an aggressive hostile bid, and PROTECTION of any agreed deal they have.If some one bid say £4 then those shares rocket in value, could be sold to a preferred bidder on agreed terms, etc etc.WE CLOSE TO SEEING ACTION

ERBIL — The governments of Kurdistan Region and Iraq will embark on a new round of negotiations over their prolonged oil and budgetary disputes, said Kurdistan Region’s secretary of council of Ministers.

Amanj Rahim, who was a member of Kurdistan delegation accompanying Iraqi PM Mustafa al-Kadhimi during his visit to Washington earlier this week, told BasNews that last week’s phone conversation between PM Masrour Barzani and his Iraqi counterpart has been helpful in leading the sides towards a solution.

He revealed that the KRG delegation will mainly focus on Erbil’s share from the federal budget bill for the year 2021, hoping to reach a concrete agreement that serves the interests of both the sides.

Shafaq News / The Kurdish Minister of Planning, Dara Rashid, announced on Sunday that the regional government delegation will visit the capital, Baghdad, to resume discussions to resolve the = outstanding issues between the two sides.

Rashid told reporters today in Erbil that the last agreement reached by the regional government and the federal government was concluded because the financial budget for this year has not been approved, stressing that this agreement will remain in effect until the end of 2020.

Regarding the regional government’s visit to Baghdad, the minister said that it is possible that the Kurdish delegation will visit Baghdad at the end of this week or early next week to resume the talks, indicating that the dialogues are continuing and will lead to a joint agreement.
