Agree Thick TonyI expect news of Sale at or soon after AGM, once they have formal approval voted through for the updated share option vesting and adjustment conditions, after the sale by amalgamation, in the LTIP AGM Resolution.

Agree Thick TonyThere will not be a CPR3Not in the public domain anyway.The Company will become an unquoted subsidiary of the new owners, and no obligation to disclose any sensitive information.I expect news of Sale at or soon after AGM, once they have formal approval for the updated share option vesting and adjustment conditions post the sale by amalgamation.

Re CPR 3 I agree there has to be another one prior to a sale , anything else would be criminal neglect of share holders interest.

Brent crude is currently trading at ~$40+! Today is just simply a very bad market day all over, particularly in commodities (excluding PM), don’t see any reason for a big bounce back either tomorrow or next week, and as GKP share price is trading extremely below fair value, it will bounce back much bigger than others as markets always get it right overtime, and do often go massively wrong (for variety of reasons) like in the case of GKP at present, personally, utilising this opportunity to top up.

Correct, sale announcement including:The notice to the shareholders must be accompanied by a copy or summary of the merger agreement and must state: (a) the fair value of the shares as determined by each merging company; and(b) that a dissenting shareholder is entitled to be paid fair value for his shares.So you may see something, in (a) but not a full CPR.In any event if a major shareholder thinks its undervalued there is a 1 month process to challenge the sale price.

Thick TonyRgds my CPR valuation I based my estimate of sale at 15-25 pounds a share on NPV10With the scale of resource so large, and length of production at least 20yrs plus, its possible to imagine a motivated bidder (Chinese most obvious) might use NPV 0.That could push a sale into the 30 pounds plus territory
