Columbus oil one well and they are saying 11 mill blls recoverable producing at 800 blls a day ATM , Shaikan one well and they said 1 bill blls which turned out to be 13 bill blls for now. That is world class for ya.

No Bigdog, you're incorrect again, and you're making a fool of yourself again.

Of course it solved the issue. Sh9 was a total success and fulfilled it's mission which was to assess the gas reinjection potential of the Jurassic formation by determining whether or not there is a primary gas cap.

It was sidetracked because it hit a fault, it was sidetracked around the fault, a perfectly routine procedure, and carried on to it's required depth. Shaikan is heavily faulted and most of the wells drilled so far have needed to be sidetracked. Faults are a good thing Bigdog, they're the highways through which the oil flows throughout the reservoir.

All you're doing is demonstrating over and over and over again that you're totally clueless about what's involved in developing an oilfield.

Shaikan is a complex folded fractured field of some 150 CUBIC KILOMETERS Bigdog and you think that after drilling a dozen 8 inch holes in it the company should know where every fault crack and fissure in it is.

You clearly think that developing an oilfield should be quick and easy and can't understand why it isn't as straight forward as developing something like a business making and selling double glazing in Stockport.

Sidetracks are executed all day everyday in oilfields all over the world Bigdog for all sorts of reasons including by our peers in Kurdistan:-

DNO/Genel - "Production in the quarter was impacted by a workover of the P-2 well and side-track of the P-3 well at the Peshkabir field."

Try to get a grip ffs.

Thick TonyRgds my CPR valuation I based my estimate of sale at 15-25 pounds a share on NPV10With the scale of resource so large, and length of production at least 20yrs plus, its possible to imagine a motivated bidder (Chinese most obvious) might use NPV 0.That could push a sale into the 30 pounds plus territory

Agree Thick TonyThere will not be a CPR3Not in the public domain anyway.The Company will become an unquoted subsidiary of the new owners, and no obligation to disclose any sensitive information.I expect news of Sale at or soon after AGM, once they have formal approval for the updated share option vesting and adjustment conditions post the sale by amalgamation.

Those that understand these issues don't need to be in the Industry. In fact being in the industry has done absolutely nothing for those that are as regards getting anything correct in 10 years. Perhaps their rose tints messes up their judgement, innit.
