11/6/2020 09:07 | As takeover nears top 4 shareholders ADDED yet more another 2,250,000 between them May 15 to June 1Don't be mugged out, definitely don't hold a short positions overnight. https://t.co/iOKR7VA | chinese_takeover
11/6/2020 09:07 | Thanks ? Thick TonyRgds my CPR valuation I based my estimate of sale at 15-25 pounds a share on NPV10With the scale of resource so large, and length of production at least 20yrs plus, its possible to imagine a motivated bidder (Chinese most obvious) might use NPV 0.That could push a sale into the 30 pounds plus territory | chinese_takeover

11/6/2020 08:00 | Highlander, when a Bermuda company amalgamates, when this announced, TARGET CO and BID CO release the details along with :The notice to the shareholders must be accompanied by a copy or summary of the merger agreement and must state: (a) the fair value of the shares as determined by each merging company; and(b) that a dissenting shareholder is entitled to be paid fair value for his shares. So you may see something, in (a) but not a full CPR.In any event if a major shareholder thinks its undervalued there is a 1 month process to challenge the sale price. | urals
11/6/2020 07:46 | Bigdog - "Facts not spin." This is what every RNS that referenced Sh9 said:- "Sh9 is designed to assess the gas reinjection potential of the Jurassic formation." This is what YOU say about Sh9 Bigdog:- "S9 was a failure as it was EXPECTED to find the gas cap." Can you see the difference between those two statements Bigdog. YOU say the company EXPECTED to find a gas cap but the company didn't say that. The FACT is Bigdog that SH9's mission was to ASSESS the potential for gas reinjection which it successfully did. Putting your own interpretation on what the company clearly told you will not change that FACT. It's you that's applying spin Bigdog. If you were to concentrate on FACTS instead of simply trying to put your own negative interpretation on everything then you would have a better chance of understanding what's going on. | habshan
11/6/2020 07:42 | "There will not be a CPR3" I dont agree Urals , it may not be a CPR but we will get a new reserves update one way or another. I doubt the BOD are that naive. There is far too much information out there to be ignored and there are even rumours of confidential Data Room information available on the Dark Web , so somebody has it. GKP have always been aware of the possibility of a Class Action , there are plenty of "no win no pay" specialist hedge funds out there , who do exactly that. Besides I dont believe either the KRG or large Institutional Holders would accept a low ball offer. IMO | highlander7

11/6/2020 07:22 | Agree Thick TonyThere will not be a CPR3Not in the public domain anyway. The Company will become an unquoted subsidiary of the new owners, and no obligation to disclose any sensitive information.I expect news of Sale at or soon after AGM, once they have formal approval for the updated share option vesting and adjustment conditions post the sale by amalgamation. | urals
11/6/2020 06:34 | What about the sale by amalgamation changes that needed 2 weeks notice?Deadline you posted was last Friday but not seen anything to support this change? What's happened? | jackpotjack

10/6/2020 22:11 | Poor old habsham spinning away like mad trying to convince others that S9 was a complete success when in fact it was yet another failure. | bigdog5
10/6/2020 22:08 | It appears that habSHAM has completely lost the plot. So I'll explain it in crystal clear terms again. S9 was a failure as it was EXPECTED to find the gas cap which it didn't after two attempts. Because of the failure and lets be reasonable here, had it found the gas cap it would have had all you rampers very excited at the thought of re injecting the gas and possibly increasing production. In fact you rampers had been banging on about it for a long time as you expected it be a slam dunk. However it failed which means all the plans have had to be changed and that will result in a far more expensive remedy for flaring said gas. Additionally it will take far longer to achieve, if ever. Facts not spin. | bigdog5
10/6/2020 21:49 | That's right hab SHAM, you're starting to understand now some of the issues that they're still clueless about after 10 years. | bigdog5
10/6/2020 20:20 | I have heard plenty of Black people on Talkradio that are appalled by the BLM lot, Soros funded BTW. All of a sudden London councils are finding fault with statues they had never mentioned before ! | nestoframpers
10/6/2020 20:04 | But what about Begdog's side track, nest? It's clearly an important issue as he has only mentioned it 50 times today. Can a person be charged under the stalking legislation, if his intended target is a share, does anyone know? Even Chinese Urals takes a half an hour off, every now and again. | bernard castle |
