Be interesting to see the investigation results that have been underway on GKP , especially the period from 2009 and all directors , including associate directors.

Throw in the capital Mrs A Kozel is claiming , that came from dealing that are suspect and the companys that all the Kozel women and family used including, Piper , Franco used.

The way the share placing were dealt with in 2009 placing that all directors sanctioned and the profits A Kozel is now claiming that were made from insider trading.Add in placing of 2010, 2011 that was conducted with the knowledge of Capital Group, MG, HNWI's .

Mrs K can claim the victim card, but will they all avoid the INSIDER TRADING WITH THE RULING KRG FAMILYS AND JERSEY BOYS

What he's saying, a5wab, is that those Taconic shares were bought by Gulf's nominee (Citigroup) and are now not in circulation and will eventually be bought by Gulf to cancel them in a share consolidation. The free float is around 203m against the issued amount of 231m.
